I am 51 years young and this was the best experience that I have ever had with a car dealership. We drove almost 2 hours to come visit Natalie and she did not disappoint. Cars on the lot were clean and beautiful. The car we chose was amazing and the price was really fair. Natalie let us test drive the car and then got us out the door in literally less than an hour. I will ABSOLUTELY get my future cars here.

To all readers - While we are attempting to have my wife's review removed I want to fill you in on what happened. We did buy a vehicle from Bexley Motorcar Co. of Columbus but they nor we realized it had a bad engine until later. The extended warranty company rep. was very hard to deal with and Bexley went way out of their way to make this right. Highly recommend Heidi, Natalie and their team. Dr. Glenn Casteel

Sold us a car that needs a new engine. Called us last minute to recommend we buy an extended warranty and gap insurance. I would not recommend this dealer at all.

They are scammers, will ruin your life if you are low to middle income. I was sold a lemon and they are blaming me for the engine dying due to a missed appointment that wasn't even the reason for the noise at the time. That issue was resolved but they refuse to take accountability and I'm left carless for the winter with a child. I only had the vehicle 5 months. They knew something was wrong with that car that's why the warranty was so short and they ignored the issues I reported IN THE VERY BEGINNING!!! Natalie Thompson one of the worst insensitive people EVER!!
