The staff are very friendly, and professional. The manager Brian took care of me, he was phenomenal, very helpful, patient, and professional. I was/am very pleased. I was in need of a vehicle fast and had stopped at a couple different used car dealer lots. So I made a call to a friend for advice on a used car dealer I could check out so I went to the dealer and the car was very decent but right then and their someone brought up Bexley Motorcars. So I went to check them out and ended up getting a great car all thanks to Mr. John Cowan.

Happen to find a car online and in the price range needed at this lot for my son and haven’t had luck with smaller lots. But I decided to come here fingers crossed and was beyond impressed with the selection and staff. Everyone there is very welcoming, not pushy, super helpful especially John! He was super knowledgeable and made everything so easy and was even excited for my son’s first car purchase! The cars here are super clean and priced great! I really lucked out finding the truck I wanted just down the street, but I also lucked out where it was. We called ahead for better pricing and John Cowan did that over the phone. Negotiations done. When we arrived, someone told us he’d get the keys and move the truck to keep us from getting into the snow, then John Cowan came out, and immediately asked if I wanted to test drive. Inside, we couldn’t have been any happier. We already agreed on the price, so that was done, and also got a better interest rate without have to then go to our own place to finish paperwork, so it was all done right there. The family environment there made us feel comfortable and relaxed. Nothing but good things to say about John Cowan and the Bexley Motorcar Co. family.

This is the second vehicle I have purchased with Bexley Motorcars and the process was painless and easy. Nicole did a wonderful job explaining everything and went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met.
