Jeff Belzer's Lakeville

This was the third time I have leased a KIA through Belzer. I was dealing with a great loss during this time but felt that Bob Burke and Tom Gorman did everything they possibly could to make the transition of turning in a lease and finding a new vehicle go as smoothly as possible.

Very pleased with Justin thelen there, the original guy I talked to on the phone (mark)was very short, I wanted to get everything lined up over the phone since I was driving 2 1/2 hours to spend $65,000 on a new truck, it took him forever to return my calls, didn't know anything about the truck I was purchasing, he didn't seem like he cared. Justin thelen the man that took over my purchase was excellent, on top of everything, returned my calls , made sure I had everything I needed and explained all the details very clearly, stayed after hours to make sure everything got done like it was supposed to. We gave a 5 because the truck deal that Belzer's was offering was unbelievable. The dealer was very helpful and we did not feel pushed into buying because of the dealer. That is a plus.

Scott was sure busy with other appointments and calls. He treated us with respect and did not make us feel rushed or pressured at all.

I was in the market for a new vehicle and as soon as I met John B "JB" at Belzer's in Lakeville, I knew that I had come to the right place. John greeted my husband and I and immediately addressed our needs. He was knowledgeable about the inventory and wasted no time getting us in a car to test drive. Throughout the whole shopping experience, John was personable and was never pushy. We asked his opinions and he provided us with his honest opinion but also laid out general facts so that we were educated in making the best decision for us. We made a decision and bought a 2018 Chevy Malibu. If I am in the market for another vehicle, I will go back to Belzer's and seek out John to assist in the process.

Both the financial consultant and salesman were very helpful. They listened to my needs and helped me find a great car for my budget. I couldn’t be happier with the results and was extremely happy I got to drive off the lot that same day!

I found a truck on Belzers website. The salesman answered my questions quickly and concisely. Upon meeting with the salesman at the dealership, he had the truck pulled up and ready to test drive. It was convenient and professional
