It had what I wanted, Tom was spectacular.

It had what I wanted, Tom was spectacular. He listened to what I was looking for, responded quickly, and had my Equinox ready to drive when we arrived. I hadn't planned to purchase that day, just see if I liked the sunroof option. (I had been working with another dealership.) I did and I liked the price. Tom ran the numbers and gave my husband and me some time to chat and calculate numbers. There was NO pressure, just friendly, professional help. We said yes, he gave us a tour of the facility and helped us throughout the entire process. He even checked in in us the day after we brought it home! The others were great, also. Tim and Jamie in finance, worked to find to find the lowest interest rates, and select which portion of which additional options we wanted, then helped us secure the loan. Two other young men helped as well, one explaining other options available to purchase and the other to explain all of the gadgets and sync my phone. The first explained everything well and applied no pressure to purchase. Tim/Tom (the second) synced my phone, set everything up and was very patient as he explained all of the buttons and features to me. We are very pleased with our experience!

Im not sure I will take my vehicles to be serviced at

Im not sure I will take my vehicles to be serviced at Belzers again. I came in at 7AM to have it serviced for my AC issue. My plan was to drop it off and pick it up later that day. The rep told me that its better to wait if you want it done sooner and so I waited for over 2 hours before i came and asked for an update. He told me that it needs a new part and will not be done until later. i told him i need the vehicle by end of day so i can have it to drive to work in the morning. so i got a shuttle home and waited. By 430pm I never got a call for an update. SO i called and the rep had left already. I was stuck with no vehicle and had to adjust my schedule the next day. Finally got a call the next day that it will be done that day. Very disappointed in the lack of communication which cost me to make phone calls to get my children where they needed to be as well as my work schedule.

Very friendly and helpful.

Very friendly and helpful. I stressed the fact that I don't like a high pressure sale attempt and John assured me he wouldn't, and he didn't. Knowledgeable, patient and friendly along with ending up with what I felt was a fair deal. Yes I was pleased with the experience.

Corey was extremely professional and helpful.

Corey was extremely professional and helpful. It was easy to see that his customers are his number one priority. It was very refreshing. We will definitely return to him for future purchases.

This was my first visit to Belzers.

This was my first visit to Belzers. I usually go to Lupient in Bloomington. Due to the car situation there was nothing available. I found Belzers online and thought I would swing out there to see what was available. It was time to turn in my lease and I was thinking of either purchasing or going into another lease. Luckily I found a vehicle right away. The dealership and the staff are very nice and friendly.

Excellent customer service!

Excellent customer service!! Michael V was just great! I wish I could add more stars. Everyone was so welcoming and professional, really helpful and focused on customer satisfaction. I will come back for my next purchase and will definitely recommend!
