Update after getting a response on here I tried to reach out to the gm about the issues with my car due to the complete carelessness of their staff in regards to the work that was done that compromised the safety of my family. It's been about a week since I have called and left a message and still haven't heard back, so I am taking his apology on here and on Yelp as a hollow one, and will be filing a formal complaint and looking into possible legal action. DO NOT GO HERE So I have going back and forth about whether or not I would leave a review but after this weekend I believe it is necessary to do what I can to make sure no one else makes the mistake of getting a car from here as I have. I had bought two cars from this dealership and almost instantly my wife's car had multiple issues, luckily they were able to take it over to the Honda side and get it fixed, while shortly after that I had major mechanical issues with my car requiring having a lot of work done just to make it safe again, we were able to get everything corrected and to make up for the constant issues they offered to get me a second key fob for my car since it only had one. Never got it but that's okay I am the only one who drives my car anyways. The reason for the one star review however is due to the last issue I have had with my car and the warranty that I was told that would cover it but does not cover anything. The finance guy lied about what the warranty covers in order to sell me on one, after having major work done again to my car when I had called them about selling me on it and how it didn't cover anything he responded sarcastically and then tried to sell me on a new car one of the issues though with the car was as a direct result of work done by their service department, which shouldn't have happened but put anyone driving in that car at risk of. The lugs that had the rims onto the car had been striped out and are just sitting in there, I am surprised my wheels haven't fallen off while driving, what they did shows lack of quality and care in their work but it should also be criminal, do not buy a car here do not get your car serviced here

I Got a great deal on a car and had an extremely smooth and pleasant experience. The dealer was straight forward, helpful, patient, extremely friendly, and not at all pushy.
Our Salesmen Jose and Zamir the financial manager were superb, they answered all of our questions and were very knowledgeable in the vehicles Jose was showed us. Jose made sure that we were satisfied in our decision and even called us the next day to see how things were going. We are new to the Mazda family and anticipate returning for our next purchase.
Kristie was great. This was how car buying should be. We asked for a quote for a Mazda 6, went for a test drive - including a couple of alternatives and then purchased the car for the agreed price. My only complaint is how long the paperwork takes.

This was the second time we leased a car from this dealership, this time a CX9, and once again a fabulous experience from start to finish. We didn't want to spend a lot of time and they accommodated our wishes. Mazda makes a great car and this dealership adds great customer service. Zoom, zoom for sure. I hate buying a new car and am always relieved when the process is over. Working with Kristi at Tracey Mazda proved to be a very pleasant exception to this arduous process. I was pretty certain of which car I wanted and the highest I could pay for it but ended up buying more car than I really needed (sigh). Kristi applied none of the unwanted pressure one usually experiences at car dealerships. I think she intuitively knew tthat I was buying more car than what I needed but did not try to dissuade nor overly encourage me to do something I didn?t want to do. I appreciated that she patiently waited out my hesitation. I recommend both Kristi and Tracey mazda without hesitation to anyone considering buying a new Mazda.
