2022 Ford Escape Titanium

Inver Grove Ford is very close to my home, is always very friendly and accommodating when I've gone there for service in the previous seven years with my Lincoln MKZ Hybrid, so I will be returning for service on this new vehicle. I was looking forward to having a heated steering wheel on my new car, since it was going to be below zero in the mornings again this week. I haven't had that luxury before. It took two hours of paperwork, and other considerations on Saturday, before I could drive away in my 2022 Escape Titanium. Almost immediately, a warning bar appeared with a wrench icon, but it disappeared. It reappeared on Sunday, saying I should check the manual. SURE--I'll be able to see what's wrong from the manual--nope! Fortunately, Ford Pass sent a message to my phone that there was something wrong with the electronics in the vehicle and I should return it for service. So I drove it home on Saturday, took it out to discover all the symbols and how it worked for a bit on Sunday when there was light traffic, drove it to work on Tuesday, and that afternoon returned it to Inver Grove Ford for repair work. The service department personnel couldn't believe it when I told them it had 38 or so miles on it. I'm picking it up today; they have pulled the defective high-voltage battery which supplies the hybrid and EV portion of the car, so now I have a gas-powered car until a new battery arrives (hopefully next week) and they can install it. The dealership was great about supplying a rental car for me to use for three days. Hoping it won't take long to install the battery, that it can be done in late afternoon while I wait for it. I am quite satisfied with everyone there, repairmen, service agents, salesmen, finance--everyone. I look forward to taking the next step with an EV and hybrid car, especially with the volatility of the oil business.

Purchase of Ford Expedition

Jon Wiswell sold us a certified pre-owned 2019 Ford Expedition, and he was wonderful to work with. Ben Saxon was also extremely helpful. We definitely recommend this dealership!

Amazing at what they do!

The worst dealership I have ever seen. They tried...

The worst dealership I have ever seen. They tried charging me 4 times what all other local ford dealerships quoted me because I had it towed there. I had it towed 2 hours to my local shop. Managers were rude and didnt care.
