I purchased a new 2014 F-150. The sales team was fine and for the first three years the service department was very good. About 2018 it became difficult to get in the 'Quick Lane' and larger services were done poorly. Sorry, but I'll never purchase from Inver Grove Ford again.

We purchased our 2022 Ford Explorer from Raphael Silva. We had been on the market for about 2 years - just about when COVID hit. Vehicles were scarce, but Raphael worked hard to find us some options. Raphael was the perfect sales person for us: not too pushy, but always on the lookout and sending us options as soon as he found some to share with us. Ultimately, we decided to place an order so that we could get the features we wanted most. But we were very satisfied with our experience, and that was largely due to the great customer service we received from Raphael.

An oil change shouldn't take 3 hrs of my day with an appt.Have to have done here to keep warranty Never again will I buy here Repairs right after we bought took a week.

I bought a 2021 F-150 a few weeks ago. Raphael was the sales rep that I worked with. He sent me a personal video of the truck I was interested in. I was late to my appointment with him and another family arrived for their appointment. He never missed a beat going back and forth between me and his other customer. He was straight forward, knowledgeable, and attentive when I was speaking. The way he interacted with me, my wife, and 7yr old was like he was a family friend. I never haggled the price. I chose to pay sticker because the experience warranted it. Since I have bought 3 major accessories and will continue to bring my business there.
