Extended Warranty
Was very pleased with the work completed by the service department, however don't trust the general manager, Jim Bush or the finance manager Bob. They are selling an extended warranty that they don't fully understand and ultimately do not back up. Bob will attempt to sell you a "Bumper to Bumper" extended warranty that covers everything with the exception of general maintenance and upkeep (tires, breaks, etc.). I have had two issues with my truck that the extended warranty company does not cover, sunroof and a failed mechanism in a seat both of which Bob stressed should be covered yet it is not and Whitaker will not honor what they sold to me. Very poor customer experience. Even went to Steve Whitaker, the owner and he would not back up what they sold.
