Great service!

This was my first time to have my car serviced at Whitaker. I was greeted warmly and the oil change and various checks were done very quickly. They even changed my broken license plate frame. I was extremely satisfied!

Super sales and service crew, awesome experience.

Came in for oil change on my 2011 Regal. Went to showroom to shmooze a little with Jim Bush while waiting. 20 degrees below zero outside so not busy that day. Mentioned that my lease was up on Mar 1. We talked about options, ideas, costs, etc. Because of incentives, my GM card points, a good discussion on what I thought I wanted to do, and a good inventory of possible choices, I pretty much made my decision to lease another Regal and opt out of my existing lease early all in a matter of a couple hours. Jim and Gary M. were awesomly helpful and enjoyable to deal with. No high pressure. Just the factual numbers, in depth knowledge of the product, and helpful info for me to think about and a friendly attitude is what makes it fun to deal with Whitaker.

Great, friendly, timely service

Our oil change and tire rotation were completed in a very timely manner. Service people were very friendly when we arrived, as were others we saw while we waited.

After my car was diagnosed the gentleman came and told me what was wrong with it, how much it would cost and the length of time it would take and he kept to his word .

I would go back there to buy another car.

The sales person I had, Steve Bystrom did a great job. He was fair and honest and worked hard to get me what I wanted.

They always do a very good job on whatever my truck needs and they also look for future problems and advise me on how soon those problems should be addressed. I really like that part of their service department.

best overall experience in buying a car!

My salesman Brad was awesome.....so much so my parents came two nights later and bought the same car from him. Super friendly, tailored to my needs. Best buying experience I have ever had. I will be coming back to help my son buy his car in a few months.
