Outstanding!

Outstanding! This was our second purchase from Maplewood Toyota. We returned specifically due to our first experience with Doug Fulton. Doug was courteous and knowledgeable, which made our purchase of our Highlander Hybrid an enjoyable experience. He was able to find the exact vehicle we wanted at a competitive price. Most of all, both experiences were pleasant and "no pressure." I highly recommend Maplewood Toyota.

Ka was very helpful.

I had an excellent experience at Maplewood Toyota buying

I had an excellent experience at Maplewood Toyota buying a RAV4 Hybrid. Initially I was looking at a competitively priced 1-2 year-old used one which I found they had on-hand during an online search of several twin cities dealerships. But after a test drive at their site, my salesperson, Bobby Higgins, shared the new car allocation schedule with me and we found one with the key features I wanted that was a few weeks away from delivery. I was able to customize the order, removing options I didn't want and ended with up a new car for the same competitive price as the used one. When the car arrived a few weeks later, it only took a little over a hour to get though the purchasing process (no financing, no trade involved), review the key features, download the Toyota app on my phone and pair my phone to the car. It was a very satisfying buying experience. Thank you Bobby and thank you Maplewood Toyota!

I filled out information online ahead of time, which did

I filled out information online ahead of time, which did not seem to speed up the process at all. The photos online of the vehicle I was looking to purchase did not show a large dent and scratch on the passenger side door. The sales team (Doug) was good, but the process was slow. I looked inside 2 vehicles and found the detailing job to be very underwhelming. One had what appeared to be sticky soda stains on a middle row seat of the Highlander. The other vehicle had crumbs in the middle row near the seat buckle area. There was also pending warranty work (airbag) needed for the vehicle I purchased. I do not understand how/why this work would not have been completed prior to placing the car on the lot. To summarize; the experience was decent, sales team was good, cleanliness of the cars was poor, pending warranty work was bad, and finance stuff was slow even after submitting information online ahead of time.

My wife and I were helped by Vic (Victor) Perrotta. We had a wonderfully positive experience working with him. Buying a new car can really be an intimidating and overwhelming experience, but Vic was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and left us feeling supported rather than pressured. We had a great experience with our salesman at the Maplewood location. Stephen Redlinger was outstanding! Felt he was honest and took an extra mile to find us the right car. Thank you Steve. As for the woman who was trying to sell us packages to add on. We almost bought a package that would cost us 800. It was already on the car. Did not appreciate that! Dave Redick was next. Some of our paper work does not match up so we will need to go back. The woman rep that he talked to didn’t even apologize. Like it was no big deal to drive back and have our paper work corrected. My husband is very ill and it is a challenging to go back to the dealership. Again Steve was great!
