Tony Lam went out of his way to help my drive my first Porsche EV- a white Taycan Turbo with Bordeaux interior. He did this after I walked in on a whim, without an appointment, and let him know that while I was a serious buyer for a new car, I was looking nationally for the perfect car and his was likely just a test drive of the Taycan platform. Even with the knowledge on my intent to purchase that day, his professionalism stood out to me with a no pressure conversation, and most importantly to me, a drive, in the Taycan. Extremely disappointing that the AC went out on the vehicle a week after I purchased the car, and due to my having to go out of state to be at the hospital bedside of my daughter, who ended up passing away, that upon my return home and presenting this matter that I’m being told that since the AC was working during inspection and during test driving that management will not be able to cover it. I’m definitely feeling bamboozled and hoodwinked and do believe that they were aware of the AC having issues that would soon lead to it being inoperable… 😡😡 I guess we continue to live and learn to never trust anyone… 🤦🏾‍♂️

Kris helped me buy my Porsche 911 GTS. He was extremely knowledgeable - he's a true car enthusiast I could nerd out with and knew the 991.1 GTS very well, as he himself is a 991 owner. Kris went above and beyond both before and after the sale to make sure I was taken care of, and even got me the original parts and window sticker from the prior owner! Wow! Would love to buy from Kris again in the future.
