Love the truck I bought. Wasn't to impressed with the service I received. was on time to my appointment to look at truck and had to wait because the vehicle wasn't even on the lot someone was having it "detailed" well you still should of had it back at the time you set my appointment up. Secondly if you call that a detail why did I find a cig butt in the drivers side compartment and why did I go home and scrub a ton of dirt marks off the truck oh and remove the butt that they told me yall removed. happy with my truck and not the service

After an initial poor experience I thought I would give the WBL location a second chance. The service director assured me he would look into the original issue and get back to me. That was 6 weeks ago. Strikes 2 and 3. Im out.

Broke my microphone clip when I took my car in for an airbag recall. Emailed twice no response. Whatever. Could have just simply responded back saying we can’t replace it.
