Easy to schedule appointments online and the staff is friendly. Easy to pull into the service area, stop by the desk, and then wait inside with snacks and WiFi. It's a little out of my way but I'm happy to make the drive to receive service here.

We had such a positive experience purchasing our new CrossTrek through White Bear Subaru. Marilyn did a great job of answering our questions and listening to what we wanted in a car so that she could show us cars we’d actually be interested in…no pressure, no upselling. They offered us a fair trade in price on our 2017 CrossTrek and decent 1.9 percent financing. We’ve had good experiences with the service department in the past so purchasing another Subaru felt good. We are very happy with our new CrossTrek Hybrid.
