Patient with information about the car. Open and honest about the deal they presented to us and salespeople act as if they are proud of the products they sell. We never felt pressure with comments like: "you'll have to wait 6 months for your choice". Basically a very peaceful, clean environment with coffee, water and immediate service.

Chris Saecho had vehicle ready for my 9 am appointment for a test drive. Went over vehicle features, payment options, and very motivated sales guy which was great and made the buying process smooth. Matt Kritzek in the finance office was also great and not pushy as well with ext warranties/vehicle protection which I was not interested in due to vehicle being certified pre owned and still lots of MFG coverage left. Overall, very pleased with the team at White Bear Acura.

Good service and I was very satisfied until I got home and found coupons for service in my mail that day. I’ve had all service provided at this Acura dealer since car purchase in 2018 and feel they should offer the best rates to good customers. I’m not sure how much money I would have saved, at least $20 but likely up to $100. Guess I’ll just shop around before scheduling my next service.

My car is ten years old and I needed routine maintenance. I was very happy that they provided me with a video of the examination of the underside of my car, and that they clearly showed me how they examined my brakes, tires, axles, and brackets. Overall, a good experience. I definitely recommend these guys for service!
