Service on your schedule.

I have dealt with dealerships that even if you need minor stuff you make an appointment and in a week or ten days they can get you in for service. Not here. I brought in my car at 7am because the blinker was out and an hour later I'm driving away. All done. We've bought cars and used this dealership since the early 90s. Always great people and great service.

Bought a 2004 thunderbird from out of state.

Bought a 2004 thunderbird from out of state. Car hasn’t arrived yet but I’m leaving this review because I don’t think I will have any surprise. Chris was very knowledgeable and patient with me throughout the purchase process. Was a little hectic for me as I’ve never purchased a car from out of state. I feel pretty confident in my purchase and recommend to anyone to come talk to Chris or any of the other staff. A fair price and nice selection of vehicles. Thank you. Steve

Happy New Car Customer

I have been a customer of WBL since 1988 and have bought 7 new cars. Buying a new car at this dealership is always a pleasure. Salesmen and service people have been courteous and efficient. I will definitely come back for my next car.

Fantastic dealership

Your people fixed my car in three days where the dealer in Phoenix,AZ could not fix it after three weeks. Your dealership has some smart techniciations that were able to fix my car.

Top-notch service at every visit

We have several dealers closer, but we are happy to drive a few extra miles to get the exceptional service provided by the Service Manager and his staff. We are never disappointed!

Service experience

Although white bear lincoln sold me a car with a bad transmission they took Great care of me after The sale a 100000 mile power train warranty on the new Transmission that they replaced Tom T is a man of his word highly recommend him and his dealership plus they waved my $100 deductible as needed. great service. After all is said and done.

Warrenty Repairs

While the quality of the repair was very good, the repair should have been covered under new car warrenty, but they would not cover the repair. The muffler of my new car fell off with only 2880 miles on the car, and I had to pay $1,900 to repiar it. There is no customer service department to work with the customers to try and work the problem out, they take the opion of the dealer service manager and there is no way to mediate this decission, the customer is screwed!

Great Dealership

Sam was really great to work with, extremely knowledgeable and patient. He educated us on different options and combinations so we could pick out exactly what we wanted. Dealership was very nice inside and out and would highly recommend them
