Had to replace faulty tire pressure sensor.
Had to replace faulty tire pressure sensor. Done while I waited, in less than an hour. BK was an excellent service advisor and got immediate extended warranty approval.

First time I ever ordered a vehicle and had it shipped to
First time I ever ordered a vehicle and had it shipped to me...and I have no regrets! Everything is as described and I'm very happy with my purchase. Chris was great! He sent multiple photos of everything I asked to see and I had good communication with him during the entire process. He received my payment on Monday, sent me a pic of my vehicle loaded on transport the next day (tues) and let me know it was on the way, I received it the next day (Wed). I would definitely recommend Chris at White Bear Lincoln to anyone looking to purchase their next vehicle! It was a pleasure working with him on this purchase!

Under Construction !
Under Construction !! Despite the ongoing Construction and obtaining the car we purchased just one day prior, Chris Anderson ( who followed up on my communication weeks before and answered all my inquiries) went out of his way to make it all work out well . My wife and I were in at 10am and out by 2pm . The car ( 2024 Lincoln Nautilus Hybrid) was not totally clean but Mr. Anderson assured us a reembersal for detailing . Now it's awesome . He even threw in free weather tech Nautilus floor mats due to the inconvenience . So far , we are quite satisfied.
