Expensive. The thermostat repair left the alternator cable laying on the belt, which shredded the cable. That also destroyed the battery. We are waiting to receive a check to reimburse us for the new battery and repairs as the Service Director, Nate, assured us we would get reimbursed.

Completed the work quickly and efficiently. Very professional team and delivered my vehicle to my home to boot.

Refusing to fix my defective Escape resulted in our trading the car off at a significant loss, because if we cannot trust our auto service department- we don't want the car.

The dealship is over price on oil change. You check my recall now there a screw in my door.

I am holding off on the review until New Brighton Ford completes the work we agreed to. I paid and replaced the trim that flew off the lower drivers door. New Brighton Ford replaced the missing key and I am still waiting for New Brighton Fords to correct the front head light snafu. So the review is stilling waiting in the wings.

I would have given my rating a zero but that’s not an option. They did not fix what was broken.
