We have all our ducks in line. New Brighton Ford had the driver's side head light assembly replaced and now I have matching head lights. That was the final piece of work that needed to be done. New Brighton Ford was a little slow getting on board but once on board they fixed all the problems. New Brighton Ford went a little above and beyond to take care of the issues. I will trust them to do all my servicing in the future,

Expensive. The thermostat repair left the alternator cable laying on the belt, which shredded the cable. That also destroyed the battery. We are waiting to receive a check to reimburse us for the new battery and repairs as the Service Director, Nate, assured us we would get reimbursed.
