Service Manager Ted L. was very helpful in resolving an issue with my vehicle after re-call work was completed.
I called to make an appointment to have a recall part fixed on my 2016 Ford F-150 King Ranch truck. Customer service person told me I did not have to... make an appointment but just come in. Next day I dropped my car off and confirmed the recall part and repair. Dealer provided me shuttle service to my work (10 min away). Thanks for the Shuttle Service. I got a call about 4 hours later, letting me know this dealer did not have the recall part and would have to "schedule" a follow up repair appointment. When telling a customer that they "don't need to make an appointment, but just come in" they need to check to see if they have the part before telling the customer to come in. The message you send is that your customers time is not important. This has happened twice to me in the 2 years I have had this vehicle. I have never had this type of problem with the Ford dealership near my home (Buffalo). Moreover, on other oil changes or recurring maintenance, it seems the service is very slow; usually takes about 3-4 hours for a simple oil change! Next time I buy a Ford, I will not be buying a maintenance contract that requires me to use this dealership.

We worked with Rich Schmitt to purchase an Escape recently and without a doubt the easiest, least stressful car purchase experience we've ever had! As... woman I really appreciate the way he and Luke Y., the finance officer, worked with us and treated us. Not all sales people have been as respectful as these two men were with me. Quick lane was a lot quicker this time versus my last experience as I was one of the first ones in line. One thing that would be an improvement is a car... wash with service.

Andy was outstanding with the service and coordination to get my vehicle back up and running for me! He not only did an awesome job coordinating the work... and repairs BUT he delivered my car to me while I was waiting down the road at McD's - not only with my recent repair but with a previous one too!

They got the repair done quicker than I anticipated. They also gave us a ride home and picked us up when the work was finished.
Took my vehicle in for 3000 mile oil change the Sat. of Customer Appreciation weekend at the Ford NB location. Told mechanic I would wait in show room... waiting area (not the service waiting room). Chowed down on complimentary hotdogs, chips, and soda while watching some College Football and Soccer. Ate more of the good food and checked the time with the cashiers and found it was 2 hours later. Thought that was a long oil change and discovered mechanics had left for day. Asked cashiers and they found my keys and free oil change paperwork. Was a bit miffed until I got home and discovered mechanics had at least attempted to call me twice but on my land line. Got the oil change done and off my to-do list and had some lunch - at least two - so turned out OK.

Sales was fine but service dept was horrible. Overcharged what they quoted and performed services specifically requested not be performed. Horrible service... for the second time in a row.
