I purchased on line and David was excellent to work with. He said up-front "I'd rather have you buy a truck from me than me sell one to you". He lived up to that with a no pressure, no nonsense attitude. He face timed us for a tour of the truck . When we took delivery he took the time to answer multiple questions and show us all the technology on the truck. He's been very responsive to some follow up questions we had. We highly recommend him.

We have all our ducks in line. New Brighton Ford had the driver's side head light assembly replaced and now I have matching head lights. That was the final piece of work that needed to be done. New Brighton Ford was a little slow getting on board but once on board they fixed all the problems. New Brighton Ford went a little above and beyond to take care of the issues. I will trust them to do all my servicing in the future,

I work in sales at a busier Ford store in another state. so my opinion is heavily biased, as we do alot more volume, and deal with many out of state buyers, in my opinion the process was not without it's bumps. Although, they are nice and genuine, the communication left something to be desired.

Most dealerships give you the run around but not this one . I call to schedule an appointment for my vehicles and they try and always get it done.
