A very good place to service one's car. The employees are helpful . The work is very good. They will give you a ride home if you need one. I have had my... car serviced there for years... Even bought it there originally. A smaller dealer, trustworthy, very good to work with.

I went there to address a engine light issue. I knew what the code was P20BA error need a replacement def heater but had to log a case on file so Ford... Corp. can help me out. Ford setup the appt. spot at New Brighton Ford MN. The service agent told me when I arrived the one Diesel mechanic called in sick. I asked him when they would be able to look at my F350. They told me they would call me back for a new appt. They never called. So I went to Cornerstone In Elk River MN service and they got my business. The moral to the story Is when you provide good customer service it goes a long way. I would be happy to talk to the Owner of the dealership and give you some improvement advice. I work in customer service.
