My appt time was honored. I was out within the timeframe they promised. The waiting room and bathrooms were clean and well stocked. It was a relaxing time waiting for the car to be done. And the associate who helped me was so kind and considerate It made me want to come back and get service there again

Like the idea of having one advisor when I go for my car needs. That advisor knows you and what you need when you go in for repairs. My advisor is the best.

I Was Denied Maintenance To My Vehicle Due To Neglect. I Purchased My Vehicle Earlier This Year I Was Able To Provide That Proof. At That Point My Case Was Already Rejected And The Agent Refused To Do The Process Again As Hyundai Customer Service Line Advised. So I Received Nothing Besides A Bill. Not Even The Car Wash They Said I'd Get And Put On My Paperwork As If It Was Done.

First visit 1 star waited 10 minutes past 7 to open. Some others no to mention. This time 5 star glad I tried 1 more time. Car wash and vacuum adviser Mercedes was so professional. I ran 5 used car lots in Houston this is how I wanted my customers treated. Hope it stays the same it will sell cars for company and kept customers. That is car dealerships problem taking care of customers like you want to be treated at any business but cars are more expensive. So keep up 5 stars and you want lose customers but keep them and sell them their next vehicle

Everything was fine when I arrived. It did take about 15 minutes for a Service manager to come talk to me. I did have an appointment. After that, everything went well.

The advisor did not give me the bottom line in pricing. When I arrived to get tires, he just said it was going to be roughly $1300. He didn't give me any options in tires. After I left, I asked about the types of tires and thats when he informed me there was a cheaper 'better' tire. I researched on my own and chose the cheaper better tire. I told him I didn't need a performance tire for a family car. He then informed me it would be roughly 800 dollars. He left and whoever he left in charge didn't call at all the next day for me to get my car. I didn't pick it up until the day he got back and I had to call. When I got there to pick up my car, the final bill was roughly $1100. I was floored because he didn't give me the standard It will cost this...Plus parts/labor...and then taxes, you're looking at roughly...

My car required an engine replacement due to faulty parts from manufacturer which took a class action lawsuit to happen. It ended up costing me almost 4k due to parts and hoses needing to be replaced not covered by the manufacturer. But I was told if I didn’t replace, it would void the warranty. 60 days later check engine light came on and additional parts needed to be replaced within the engine again not covered. The team at Vandergriff requested it be covered and were able to get it covered by Hyundai after making sure I knew it was being done free even though they didn’t have to. It’s been less than 60 days and the check engine light just came back on. I will return it again to see what can be done. The team is courteous and professional and I would give them 5 stars if it is just based on being nice. But the value of the survey is knowing what is going wrong and the engine to this car was not completely replaced, or the replacement effort was not successful. It’s very frustrating to spend this amount of money and the car still not be repaired.
