I asked for the service manger because he has great customer service and I use to work with him, then I got Mohammed then when I asked for the service manger he ignored what I said and didn't care what I had to say

Yes i pay almost 1300 for a bad starter and alignment and it drives worst than before and after a recall my dash is full of lights now i have to reschedule again i have no lights on dash ever or check engine light on

Torian is very smart and listens to her customers requests and requirements for the vehicle they are looking for. She doesn't push people into a vehicle they are happy with. If I ever need a another vehicle my wife and I said it will be with her or nobody else.

My appt time was honored. I was out within the timeframe they promised. The waiting room and bathrooms were clean and well stocked. It was a relaxing time waiting for the car to be done. And the associate who helped me was so kind and considerate It made me want to come back and get service there again
