New Tires and an Oil Change

Went in for an oil change and new tires. Everything went smoothly and I opted for a full wheel alignment as I was getting new tires. Everything went as expected. They gave me a ride home, and picked me up when done. The cost was the same or better than everyone else out there. Good Job

I have a red 2015 Chevy Corvette.

I have a red 2015 Chevy Corvette. I brought my car back to this dealership because I had some previous work done and felt that because this was a Chevy dealership they can handle doing a little body work on my car. I dropped my car off on May 17th. They ordered the wrong parts for my car causing them to delay my car getting fixed. It has now been over 2 months now and I still don’t have my car. When I call to get an update they don’t answer the phone. When they do they don’t give you any answers. Trust and being comfortable with the people you do business with is important and you will not get that at this dealership.

work was not done on my truck it was returned to m

had my truck towed in to have a broken sensor replaced and my Alternator belt put back on that was not broken or missing and to service my traction control and stabllink control these people are scamming people of money ask that i put up 2500.00 cash before they start the work that was never done also they went in my engine without my permission and said they fixed my truck called me a week later said my truck was ready it closing time for them i drove my truck home parked it went to bed got up for work next morning going to drive my truck only to find out they never fixed it so me driving it back to merit it stops on me on interstate 94 and white bear they came picked it up took it back and let it sat there two more weeks with fixing what i paid for after 15 day of my truck sitting in there back parking lot i had to have it towed out by the look at all those trucks in they back parking lot i believe they are stealing people trucks and selling them because if your truck sit there over 30 days they will charge you storage fee hoping you don't return for your truck also i was charged for a diagnostic that i told them i didn't need because i already had it done before sent it over to them was told my one it was my fuel injector by another it was my transmission by another it was my 4wd after $51699.38 i should have been able to drive more then 45 miles before break down if they had done the work tried calling the manager several times no response from upper manager.....this place is a rip off please don't go to them very unsatisfied with these people

Never going back to Merit

Service had no communication. No one knew what's going on with my truck beside the person who helped me from the start. He told me my truck will be ready by noon when I drop it off, i got there at 5pm and I can see my truck was still on the lift. They said to call back in the morning, either he was working with another customer or on break. I called 3 different time and he finally call me back at 4pm. They Installed a new part that i was not inform of or the reason why I took my truck in for at the 1st place (they later said that was also part of the problem, that was also why it was not ready when I arrived because they didn't have that part in stock) and got charge for it. If I don't pay they can put the old part back on but it'll take more time till I get my truck back. They will show me the part and all but how I'm supposed to know that came from my truck? Ridiculous. A 5 hours work turn into days. For new customers, small service like oil change, tire rotation etc will be ok but bigger engine service dont bother unless you want to pay more.. 1st and last time at merit Chevy even if they're only a 15min drive from me

Great Service

I was scared going in because it was my first time financing a car and I was afraid I would be taken advantage of. The guys there were so nice, so kind, really helpful and explained everything very clearly. Made the process a really great one.

Terrible customer service

I called them about a leveling kit in my truck and got the runaround they told me they would get right back to me and never did ?I called the next day they told me they would get back to me and never did again?!! I called the third time just to see what they would say even though I was definitely not using them anyway and still never got an answer un believable,I had money in my pocket it’s not in their pocket I’ll guarantee you that!!! That’s enough for me plenty of other places to go to😁

Changed blown tire on camper

When traveling home after camping, we blew a tire on our camper on I94. We took the nearest exit and Merit Chevy was right there. We pulled in and graciously wanted to help. We had a spare tire so one of the servicemen changed the tire for us. While we waited, they offered us popcorn in the showroom. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Turned a bad day into a positive experience.
