Hundreds of dollars spent for a second diagnosis because the first one was wrong and didn't solve the problem. Five blocks down the road the check engine light came on again so you have the truck for a third time.

Very friendly and helpful. My Buick Enclave had a defective switch that allowed the tailgate to open randomly while parked or driving. The service dept could not get a definitive answer from GM on the backordered switch and suggested that I talk with sales.

, FYI, don't lose that guy. He's an amazing advocate for your dealership. Just know that I've been to five different dealerships and my car has had four transmissions and each time the dealership experience is not always the same. Of all the dealers I've been to. I'm very satisfied with yours. You should give accolades to Charlie. He did an amazing job.
