We have a car at Merit Chevrolet for a nail in the tire

We have a car at Merit Chevrolet for a nail in the tire and upon arriving they said we need a oil change. It has now been 4 HOURS!!!!!!! We called them they never called us with any delay problems. No oil change and flat tire should take 4 and 1/2 hours!!! They still have the car. I am reaching out to the B.B.B. and the Minnesota Attorney General's office to seek legal action Do you have any professional's that work there. This is unbelievable. We need to be given something in return. Look up and see how loyal we been over the years. No one should have to put up with this I want answers. Now today (Saturday 05/17/2025) we got in our car and the same tire was flat Merit was closed so we brought into Discount tire and they said and I quote that the tire was ruined and we had to spend a $150.00 dollars for a new one. So three tires match and one doesn't. All that time almost 5 hours for a 20 minute oil change and a 10 minute tire fixed. We will never honor Merit Chevrolet again. Be careful.

Very friendly and courteous staff.

Very friendly and courteous staff. Service was performed and completed as promised. I had some other issues I wanted looked at and I was updated and happily I didn't need them(brakes).

Sold me on the wrong fix

Told them my battery was weak. They said battery is fine I needed a new starter. Got home let it sit for a day and wouldn't start due to weak battery. They sold me an $800 starter and I should have known better.

Looked at a truck that was being serviced so I couldn't

Looked at a truck that was being serviced so I couldn't drive it. On the way back to the sales persons desk she said we could have more privacy and my kids didn't have to be there. Didn't care for that. They wanted me to buy a vehicle I couldn't test drive and when I asked what they would do to back it up if when I came in to pick it something was wrong. Her response was "you bought it's your problem". No thanks. Won't be back.

New Tires and an Oil Change

Went in for an oil change and new tires. Everything went smoothly and I opted for a full wheel alignment as I was getting new tires. Everything went as expected. They gave me a ride home, and picked me up when done. The cost was the same or better than everyone else out there. Good Job

I have a red 2015 Chevy Corvette.

I have a red 2015 Chevy Corvette. I brought my car back to this dealership because I had some previous work done and felt that because this was a Chevy dealership they can handle doing a little body work on my car. I dropped my car off on May 17th. They ordered the wrong parts for my car causing them to delay my car getting fixed. It has now been over 2 months now and I still don’t have my car. When I call to get an update they don’t answer the phone. When they do they don’t give you any answers. Trust and being comfortable with the people you do business with is important and you will not get that at this dealership.
