The worst dealership i ever dealt with frustrated me today
I was scared going in because it was my first time financing a car and I was afraid I would be taken advantage of. The guys there were so nice, so kind, really helpful and explained everything very clearly. Made the process a really great one.

Terrible customer service
I called them about a leveling kit in my truck and got the runaround they told me they would get right back to me and never did ?I called the next day they told me they would get back to me and never did again?!! I called the third time just to see what they would say even though I was definitely not using them anyway and still never got an answer un believable,I had money in my pocket it’s not in their pocket I’ll guarantee you that!!! That’s enough for me plenty of other places to go to😁
Changed blown tire on camper
When traveling home after camping, we blew a tire on our camper on I94. We took the nearest exit and Merit Chevy was right there. We pulled in and graciously wanted to help. We had a spare tire so one of the servicemen changed the tire for us. While we waited, they offered us popcorn in the showroom. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Turned a bad day into a positive experience.

Needed a sensor replaced. I was called and told the car was ready. When I picked it up, the check engine light was still on. Two hours later, I was told it was a loose wire and it was now fixed. They do try.
Going Above and Beyond
We purchased a used 2012 GMC Acadia from Merit Chevrolet. Unfortunately, only a few days later, the car broke down on us. Our salesman, Jason Wortman went to work right away to make sure the car was in working order for us. We had the car towed to Merit and within a days time, they replaced all faulty parts at no cost to us. The entire Merit Chevrolet team was on top of communication with us and so friendly the entire time. This is what 5-star service is all about!
No customer loyalty
We have purchased several vehicles both new and used We leased our last vehicle and with 4 payments left were offered the pull forward option to get into a new lease but because our credit score was low we were declined a new lease. We made all the payments on our current lease but they don’t look at anything else but your credit score. Very disappointed with this If you don’t have a score above 700 dont bother to go here.

The team did a great job with my truck. Ron was very accommodating at helping get my truck in for service and arranging transportation for me. The service took longer than anticipated but they all kept me informed on the status and next steps. Great job!
