Great Service from Aldo at Walser Mazda!

I want to thank Aldo at Walser Mazda in Burnsville for his superior service and attention. He facilitated a trade of one of my vehicles for a different car. The entire process was made very easy due to his diligence and attention to detail. If you are looking to purchase a Mazda or used car from this dealership, I recommend asking for him!

We had a great experience at Walser. Our salesman, Jalal , did a wonderful job finding us our new CX 5, walking us through the leasing process, and guiding us through the maze of controls on our new car! We couldn’t be happier! Would highly recommend!

My review for Jacob Carlson

When I walked into the Mazda dealership doors, I was greeted by Jacob Carlson. I wanted to purchase a brand new vehicle with no miles. He talked to me about my options. I chose having a Mazda cx-30 being shipped in. He approximately told me about three months and it was! The whole buying process was easy for me. I’m only 19 and didn’t have much to know about a new purchase on a vehicle, but Jacob took the time to explain things to me. When the vehicle arrived, I met up again with Jacob and it took no more than 30 mins to get me out the door with my new car. I appreciate the help from you and the dealership. I see myself buying from you guys for the rest of my life and I plan to continue to buy from Walser Mazda. 10/10 experience!!

Jake Carlson was great to work with. Awesome personality and wasn't an overly "pushy salesman". It was a fun experience that went very smoothly where I ended up with a beautiful, red CX-5!

Deceptive service, dishonest policies

I told my salesmen I wanted to buy a car, I gave him all the information he asked for. He didn't contact me again, and I asked repeatedly what the next steps were. Then the price dropped, and they sold it to another customer. There's no way to reserve vehicles. Its very frustrating when I said I was going to buy it, and even started a policy on the car to provide proof of insurance.

Horrible Dealer

I purchased a used 2018 Mazda from this dealer in May 21 and literally on the drive home engine lights started flashing. I had to drive it back and they replaced a sensor and sent me on my way. A few months pass (limited warranty expires) and cold temps start coming as well. The car wont start and needs to be jumped every time I drive it. I only put slightly over 1000 miles on this vehicle 50 of which were to bring it back to be serviced! But since the mileage and 3 month period of the warranty are over the dealer wont do anything for me. Also, one of the plastic pieces on the back bumper was promised at the time of sale to be delivered at a later date and I have yet to see it. I will not be doing any further business with this dealer and urge you to reconsider as well.
