Stopped by and first spoke with GM.

Stopped by and first spoke with GM. Came back when I had more time and was lined up with Bilal. Bilal made us feel comfortable and at ease with no pressure. It's been a long time since we purchased a new car, so being at ease was good. Bilal was accessible also by text to answer all questions.

The service advisors and technicians at Walser Burnsville

The service advisors and technicians at Walser Burnsville Mazda have always been extremely helpful and polite. I’ve gone out of my way to go to this particular location, even though it is far out of my way.

My wife and I stopped in on December 31st looking to

My wife and I stopped in on December 31st looking to purchase a used 2024 CX-30 that we saw on Walser Mazda's web site. Bilal was the sale rep who worked with us , and he steered us towards a new 2025 CX-30, which wasn't that much more expensive than the used car we were interested in, and was eligible for 0% financing. Our new car was also discounted in a year end sale. All in all it worked out well for us, and working with Bilal was a pleasure. He was respectful and didn't pressure us to make a decision. We were also able to fill out most of the paper online while sitting a coffee shop, which was convenient for us. We would work with Bilal again.

I took the car for service but the guy (Joshua I think)

I took the car for service but the guy (Joshua I think) didn't take my complaints seriously and explained it away that it's normal. I still have the same problem with the brand new car which I purchased and will have to bring it again, hopefully they will actually examine the problems. Also when I purchased the car the sales guy should have explained the car features to get me acquainted. He also neglected to mention the emergency road side assistance. Sales people should take more time instead of being in rush to make the sale. This is a big purchase.
