My mind has been changed

I had an issue with the service dept. the manager called me we met and he has addressed all my issues to my satisfaction and it was a pretty good experience

Worth the 480 mile drive for a 2014 Nissan Altima

Worked out a deal with Paula via phone. Everything was ready for me when I arrived. Very smooth transaction, and was back on the road within 2 hours.

A good group of people

The car I wanted most just happened to be traded in elsewhere while I was seeing their lot. The people who work here are great, they just couldn't beat that particular car. I'd recommend them to anyone.

ONE OF THE WORST PLACES I'VE BEEN TO

Faulker Nissan advertised they were the best in the city for getting you financed and driving in a new or used car. First of all, we went in and the sales rep was quick to show us vehicles without giving us the numbers and doing any finance application. Once we stopped him and said we want to see numbers first, he got the business manager to come take out finance app and had us assuming everything was good to go since he showed us numbers and new vehicles we were "approved" for. So he leaves us for a good 30 mins then comes back to just tell us all the banks denied us. We find that to be very confusing and incorrect because we were approved at 2 other dealers. So much for being the BEST dealer in Philly!!!

They safe my pocket

I want to thanks the services advisor Paul Barsky after he helped me yesterday to check a Pathfinder I bought somewhere else and realized that it was in very bad shape. I also would like to thanks the services team for their help. I really appreciate it. I was able to return the SUV the same day. This situation teach me a lesson. It is better buy a car from a Dealership and have a peace of mind. Thanks again.

Very persistent!

I inquired about a used car. I was contacted by no less than 4 sales people with varying titles. Very thorough but after my appointment was set, I was still contacted 4-5 times a day. Which got a little much. The dealership was clean, bright and welcoming.

Poor experience, wasted my time

Wasted my time. Went to buy a used car at this dealership, the sales rep was very nice, the car looked fine and we agreed on a price. She took me to the finance department and had me sit in the waiting area outside their office. 1 hour and 15 minutes later no one from the finance department has even acknowledged me being there, when another customer and myself ask one of the business managers how much longer we will have to wait he got upset and couldn't give us an estimate. I was shocked that the business manager/finance department wouldn't have greeted us when we came up, given us a heads up about how long we would wait, or even apologized for the delay. We were disappointed about how we were treated and got a similar response from the used car sales manager when we told him we simply couldn't wait any longer and would like to leave (it was 9:30pm by this point, had been waiting since before 8). I feel like my time is valuable, I wish that this business and these individuals felt the same. So we ended up leaving and telling them we no longer wished to purchase the car. Ended up wasting hours of my time when this should have been a very quick and easy transaction (selling a used car at an agreed price for cash). Would not recommend doing business with them.

DO NOT USE Faulkner Nissan DEALERSHIP in Jenkintown Pa.

Have been going to this dealership since 2009. Our whole family has purchased or leased Nissan's from them. We love Nissan but will now look for a different company for our cars. Unfortunately service over the past few years has really become non -existant. From horrible computer systems, waiting for hours before someone updates you while waiting, to service reps who act like you are a hassle if you ask questions. Today I went in for an appointment that I had made via phone. When I made the app. with Chris I told him I needed oil changed and the key system checked because the key light was on and the car didn't always start properly. When i checked in today, I repeated the issues. The rep then said it's probably,the battery. I advised her it wasnt. She then asked if I had both keys with me. I didnt. Her response was well we can't work on key problem today. I advised her no ne told me to bring both keys. Her response was so inappropriate. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE CONCEPT THERE. I was the problem because I complained about being required to come again. Bad as all that is, the worst incident was when I brought my car in 8/2016 because there was clearly something seriously wrong with the transmission. Even though the computer testing showed there was something wrong they refused to fix my warranted transmission be cause they could not duplicate the sympToms I stated existed. A week later the transmission died on a N.Y highway and my family narrowly escape a serious crash. The car was towed to the Port Chester, N.Y Nissan who advised the transmission had died! The service and kindness received from the Port Chester Nissan was amazing!

Not Responsive

My daughter, who is young n looking at buying her first car on her own, went there to test drive a car. She doesn't have much credit n we could not get any sort of answer as to what her payments would be. Now trying to get her deposit back n keep getting VM with no response. Also emailed the sales person n no response. I understand things get hectic, but this is important. Next step is to go to the manager of the dealership

Thank you Don for my 2016 Murano

Hi Don I just wanted to say thank you so much for working so hard getting me into my new 2016 Murano I know I didn't get my Moonroof or the color that want it . But would have loved to have ho1 technology package for safety reasons since I have to traveling in the highway to go to work especially in the winter I'm sure I will grow to love this Murano Haswell as all the other ones I have lease thank you once again it was nice doing business with you.
