I felt the salesman was not forthcoming in expectations
I felt the salesman was not forthcoming in expectations and promises made and misled in my purchase of a pre-owned vehicle by the salesman. Don’t expect to be able to reach your salesperson after the sale. It was like he vanished. The GSM was able to help rectify the situation after several weeks which is why it’s not 1-star.

Clean, professional atmosphere with friendly people.
Clean, professional atmosphere with friendly people. Biggest issue was the timeline to process my paperwork for a cash transaction. This took well over 3 hours and I was repeatedly told it was due to a ‘new’ finance’ person. It was extremely frustrating and frankly unacceptable.

I enjoyed my Subaru experience. I found Joseph to be courteous, conscientious, respectful, helpful, and very patient. He sold me on the Subaru when he was telling me about the safety features. And I apologize for sending this in so late.
