I felt the salesman was not forthcoming in expectations

I felt the salesman was not forthcoming in expectations and promises made and misled in my purchase of a pre-owned vehicle by the salesman. Don’t expect to be able to reach your salesperson after the sale. It was like he vanished. The GSM was able to help rectify the situation after several weeks which is why it’s not 1-star.

Clean, professional atmosphere with friendly people.

Clean, professional atmosphere with friendly people. Biggest issue was the timeline to process my paperwork for a cash transaction. This took well over 3 hours and I was repeatedly told it was due to a ‘new’ finance’ person. It was extremely frustrating and frankly unacceptable.

Working with Joseph at Morries Subaru was a pleasure. He was very kind, informative and listened to our car style wants and wishes. We were able to strike a great deal on my new Outback. Would definitely recommend both Joseph and Morries to anyone looking for a Subaru.

Eric, our salesperson, was very helpful and no pressure.

Eric, our salesperson, was very helpful and no pressure. He paid a lot of attention to my 22-year old daughter’s questions and she loves her new car.

Hani was wonderful.

I enjoyed my Subaru experience.

I enjoyed my Subaru experience. I found Joseph to be courteous, conscientious, respectful, helpful, and very patient. He sold me on the Subaru when he was telling me about the safety features. And I apologize for sending this in so late.

I enjoyed my time spent with Joseph. I found him to be courteous, conscientious, respectful, and patient.
