I had a great experience with Nathan Hadler when I came
I had a great experience with Nathan Hadler when I came in to test drive a vehicle. He took his time to answer my questions and understood I was just starting my car research and was not ready to buy. He listened to what I wanted and did not try to convince me otherwise. He genuinely cared about helping me make the right decision for me which was evident in the follow up email he sent me.

We brought in our 2008 crv for oil change and to check
We brought in our 2008 crv for oil change and to check out the check engine light. They did the oil change but refused to replace a part because they realized that the vin number didn’t match and basically were insinuating that we have a stolen car. When I looked at the paperwork I saw that they pulled up our other crv that we own and had recorded work being done on the wrong car. My suggestion to the technicians is to always pull up the vehicle by the vin number then you won’t make that mistake.

only issue was the tech thought I had non OEM filters and

Walser did a great job for us.
Walser did a great job for us. But what I really appreciated was that I was going to have them do some extra maintenance, they checked back with me letting me know that I had done that very service a year ago. It would have been easy to cheat me but they chose the high road!
