My first visit to this dealership. Early afternoon, I was able to have my auto worked on immediately for the latest recall. One hour wait, just fine, a washed auto at the end. Next time I'll see how a oil change goes.

Very streamlined process and great communication from advisor and technician, did NOT like the fact I had photos of malfunctioning systems but no solution was provided since they were unable to duplicate and then informed me I could be subject to $100 fee for diagnostic checks on a new vehicle under warranty. That’s unacceptable and will communicate with Honda directly on this matter.

He was efficient and honored my choices even when the answer was no. In a world of upsells, someone taking a no at face value was huge to me.
