Waited hours, the paperwork was done incorrectly and had to be done two weeks later. Options not clearly explained. When I went to buy I was there for 4 hours, not even a snack at the dealership. Only water or coffee. Not a single concession made. The salesman did help me return a rental car and that was very nice. I had a great experience at Inver Groce Honda, would never go back to walser again.
