I received excellent service from each person I worked with. Sheila.was able to get my truck in on the day I wanted it to be serviced and even provided me with a rental car.

Were not able to even look at my vehicle for 3 days.
Were not able to even look at my vehicle for 3 days. Way overbooked on appointments! Car was not washed. No paperwork showing fluid checks had been done

Sales staff was very helpful.
Sales staff was very helpful. Wanted to look at more than one car and the sales lady delivered the cars to front of the building eliminating having to walk the lot. They took care of registration eliminating the need to go stand in line at the Dmv. Was a good experience and transaction.

Morries Buffalo Ford has always treated us fairly
Morries Buffalo Ford has always treated us fairly regarding the purchase of our 2017 F350 Super Duty 6.7L Diesel, which easily tows our Montana Fifthwheel travel home. Morries has done great on our scheduled maintenances and through any updated recalls, required warranty issues and all performed by professional staff, from service advisers on through the technicians in the mechanics shop. Customer service was friendly and efficient.
Customer service was friendly and efficient. It was a nice surprise to have my car run through the car wash and clean. I brought my car in for a recall and was expecting that I was going to hit with a list of other car repairs or upsells. Surprisingly they did the recall with no pressure sales when handing me my paperwork. I am seriously considering switching service providers if their regular maintenance costs are the same as the person I've been using the 12 years.

The service department lacks communication.
The service department lacks communication. I felt that my vehicle was forgotten about until I kept calling in. I was told 2 different days when the vehicle would be ready and both times it wasn’t and there was no communication.
