Sesi Motors

I’ve been going to Sesi‘s to buy and service my Mazda‘s since they were on Michigan Ave in Ypsilanti. Doug Mazda Service manager is the best. He genuinely cares about us. He explains everything in detail and gives you the time you need for questions. Mr. Sesi always takes time to talk with me when I see him which I think is rare for the head of a dealership. Even Ron their shuttle driver is a pleasure to ride with. I always enjoy when he drives me home. The technician’s video that they send you is awesome……they show and explain what they’ve done and any needed repairs. I would never go anywhere else!

Went for an oil change. Took 2.5 hours despite having an appointment. Would not recommend.

I had been trying to find a car for my daughter for about six months. I found one at Sesi Mazda in Ann Arbor. I called the store and talked with a salesperson named Heather and she was the best car salesperson I have ever had. Most of them don’t know a thing about what they are selling but she was very knowledgeable about engines, transmissions, and everything car related. I am a car guy and that was refreshing. I pulled up and checked out the vehicle for quite some time and nobody hawked me, I hate that! When I was ready I went in a met with Heather and was treated excellent and professionally. The owner even came over to talk to us. I bought the car and it was painless. It was the best car buying experience I ever had! This dealership sells cars the way it’s supposed to be done!

I cannot comment on the actual sales experience as I never got that far. I sent in a request for information. Someone named Darin- assistant manager emailed me back in an untimely manner. He was slow to respond and did not seem interested in selling me the car. He ultimately never responded back after asking for my phone number which I gave him. They must have plenty of business not to care. I see all these positive reviews, but I can say that was definitely NOT my experience dealing with Sesi Motors.

Bought a Mazda for my daughter and had excellent experience working with Kermit and rest of team. Very knowledgeable and not high pressure. Would definitely use them again!

Sesi Motors is a very nice place to purchase a vehicle. The store is clean, the environment is relaxed, and the staff are friendly and professional. The price of the vehicle was fair, and so was the trade value. All in all, a very easy process. Go see Bob (my sales consultant) for a great car buying experience!

Great service, love the new video the mechanics film showing you everything they are doing, a great way to build trust with your clients! I won’t take my Mazda anywhere else!
