New Continental

I already have a Lincoln MKZ from Sesi Motors and when I elected to buy a 2019 Continental I had no thought of going anywhere else. I feel at home at this dealer. They are friendly, knowledgeable and honest.

Loyal customer

I just purchased my second Lincoln from Sesi. My experience with my 2015 MKZ and their service has been excellent. I regularly have my cars washed and feel very much at home at the dealership. They have been prompt and honest with maintenance and repairs. I saw no reason to go to another dealer when I elected to add a Continental. [note this review only allows me to select Volvo which Sesi also sells, but I purchased a Lincoln)

I had a tire problem which caused some vibration. I had an appointment on a Tuesday morning and had planned to drive to Florida the next day, returning in May. The service manager told me that I needed two new tires and that they ordered them. When I told him I was leaving in the morning, he said I will call and see if I can get the tires this afternoon and could I come back around 4 if he could. I did return at 4 and the tires were installed. That solved the vibration problem. The service department deserves all As and really went above and beyond expectations. I am one very happy customer!

Satisfied customer

We had an appointment to have a headlight issue repaired. They were prompt and the problem was resolved. A bonus is always leaving with a clean car!

?7 lemon law car

Incredibly frustrating car that died six times. I was given a nice loaner for the month Sesi had it, at no cost to me. They had never seen this problem. Engineers from Lincoln came and replaced some new electronic module that fixed the problem. It just took way too long. Their communications were timely during this frustrating period-- for all of us. Customer service is *****! No one avoided our calls or dismissed our problem. That's why we return to Sesi and their team for well over 2 decades for both of our cars and will continue to do so.

Excellent service, even for my older v70

I did not buy my car from Sesi, but I did take it there for service on the advice of friends. I was treated as if I had just bought the newest model off the lot. They figured out a difficult problem on my '05 v70 and made sure I was taken care of while they spent time trouble shooting it and getting it fixed. Free pick and drop off from my home while they worked on it. It sounds crazy, but I can not wait to take my vehicle there next time it needs work, I can trust the folks at Sesi will get my car fixed regardless of how difficult the issue and only what needs to be done, no hassles or worries. What a relief to feel that way about a shop.

New to Lincoln

Just returned another premium brand that was off lease, stopped by Sesi Lincoln. Overall quite a good experience, they also assisted with the early termination of another lease So far I am very pleased with the MKC and was very pleased with the dealer and the overall experience
