I dropped in with a problem and they fit me right in and gave me a loaner car while they did four plus hours of work! Great experience

I've purchased two vehicles at Rairdons Subaru and both experiences were great. Their staff is incredibly nice and professional and they go out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I'd highly recommend them!

Rairdon's Subaru Service Dept.personnel are always friendly and professional. They work to keep you from having to wait too long to be served and, when you make an appointment, they're quick to complete the work. I have no complaints other than the car wash didn't work the day I was there because it was too cold. I kind of consider that car wash part of the extra you pay at the dealer when bringing your car in for routine maintenance, but I guess you can't control the weather.

Servicing for 2018 Subaru Forester scheduled maintenence. Pleasure to work with all at Rairdon's. Will definately continue for all service needs in the future.

Ron went the extra mile and made sure I could be driven to school by Pete who made me feel comfortable and Pete was most kind in servicing my car. Ron explained what needed to be done and he made sure it was done promptly and efficiently so I could safely drive 3 passes yesterday with my son with special needs! Thank you, Ron and Pete!!!

My service was done promptly and efficiently. Ian was extremely helpful; found an error made on a previous visit and was able to rectify it.

Mark B. Welcomed me and I told him of three service recall matters. He advised an estimate of 3.5hrs to complete. He checked and learned no loaner cars available. The waiting area has been remodeled and I found very comfortable. He had noticed I was physically restricted and had my car parked by the service entrance.

The staff is friendly and welcoming. The service it thorough and quick. The customer lounge is comfortable. I am glad to have my car serviced here.
