Dealership comes to an agreement on pricing and then won't put it in writing. Sales department (Dominic and Adam) then goes silent when you ask for it multiple times. Not responsive.

I can honestly say that I've never had a better car/Truck

I can honestly say that I've never had a better car/Truck buying experience anywhere. Adam and his team are truly unbelievable. Comprehensive customer service, patient in answering all my questions, all the makings of a seamless transaction. From the moment I walked in until driving away in my new 2025 Ram. Total A+ organization, even better people. I fully endorse the King of Ram!

My experience with Dodge of Burnsville was not good.

My experience with Dodge of Burnsville was not good. My mistake was in believing two individuals were honest and forthright. If you think of buying a car from this company, make sure they let you take it to your own mechanic. I do not feel the mechanics at the dealership know what they're doing. Just one example was when they changed the oil and they didn't know how to reset the oil life expectancy gage. Be very careful about dealing with the people here. When a person buys a $40,000 car one expects the oil to be clean, and obtain two key fobs.

I had the oil changed. The service was on time, technicians and staff were very courteous and customer friendly.

The staff they have is friendly but they lack staff.

The staff they have is friendly but they lack staff. The area to perform scheduled work is small and therefore needs an upgraded building to meet the needs of their clients. Waiting room is a joke compared to other dealerships.
