Paid for paint protection, paint cracked, service center said we won't cover it would you like the phone number to Maaco? Horrible customer service all around, truck was supposed to be detailed, still trash, and spilled beverages inside upon pick up.

Above and beyond customer service.

Needed to get an oil change and refuse to go anywhere else as I bought my vehicle from Dodge of Burnsville just last year. Called John Quinn the night before to see if I needed an appointment and he said bring it right on in no appointment needed. Anytime I have any questions or concerns I call John and he answers and is so kind and gives the best customer service ever! He truly cares! My Boston guy! I pulled into the service area, got out walked in and a gentleman was busy helping another customer so I waited at the desk. He comes in and says are you Ashley? Sure am! How did you know? John let me know you would be stopping by. He took my keys and directed me to the customer waiting lounge. The service guy was very kind and attentive but U didnt catch his name. John came out not too long after with a big smile and sat down with me to go over my questions I had for him and to check in. Got my questions answered and John even took my car for a wash after it was serviced. Dodge of Burnsville is lucky to have such a great employee. He really cares about his customers and how he treats me everytime I need to stop in shows. Above and beyond everytime. Thank you John for the exceptional customer service!!! I won't ever go anywhere else.
