Cory Rouse did a fantastic job! He walked us through in each process to trade-in our car with honesty and clarity. Last year we came to him to trade our jeep wrangler 2 door to 4 door and those times we still have remaining balance from previous so we were not yet capable for trade in. So we canceled our first transaction with him. It didnt stop after that, he consistently gave us updates regarding the jeep wranglers he gave us option and of course we were one of those clients that admittedly meticulous with paper works and process we had to go to bank bargaining for lower monthly payments till we have been approved by the bank and came back to Park chrsyler looking for him. We will say he is so patient and he has qualities that one a company would never want to lose. We have kept calling him and he answers our queries promptly. We can say he knows what a client wants! Jackson, the sales rep was awesome listening to us and helped us find a used car that we were looking for our teenage driver. We did shop around several dealership but went back to Jackson for final decision! The rest of the staff at the dealership were all welcoming and friendly to make our purchase experience extremely positive.

I purchased my 2019 jeep Wrangler JL in 2021 and had a very good experience. Fast forward to 9/2024 I received a call from Jackson is sales, he was just following up with me about my purchase and asking if I was still enjoying it. I told him I love the Jeep but I noticed some corrosion issues (a very well known issue that Jeep has had for many years), Jackson is not in the service area but he let me know that he would check with service and call me back. About 40 minutes later I received a call from Jackson and he not only helped me setup an appointment with service, but also advised that because the warranty was ending in a couple of months we should get this reviewed asap. The appointment went great, it was determined that the corrosion issue is what was causing the paint to bubble. Although they are not able to get my jeep in until January, because I brought it in when I did the issues that were found will be repaired but any additional issues that might arise between now and January will also be addressed and repaired.

We just bought a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Park Jeep. Randy Traylor was our sales person. He was excellent with answering questions, taking us for a test drive & assisting with the replacement of a damaged bumper. He was personable, a great listening ear, ready to answer questions & find out information on whatever we needed. Randy deserves a 10 for helping us purchase a new vehicle.

My dream of owning a Jeep began over a year ago when I saw the Earl Clearcoat! After a family member recently purchased his first Jeep, he spoke so highly of Park Chrysler Jeep and his salesman Marc Hoffman: I contacted Marc with plans to order; to find out the color was no longer available: He searched so hard to find me a new one in that color and my specs but they kept selling too fast. He called me Friday with an opportunity on a 2023 Wrangler Willys in my color and I drove it home Saturday! Love it already! Was worth the 2 hour drive to work with this dealership and a huge Thank You to Marc for working so hard to get me into my first Jeep!
