Park Jeep truely exceeded my expectations across the board!! Before driving over I had looked at their site and found a Jeep Sport I felt worth making the drive worth it. Once there, I wad blown away by the number of options! Frankly by then I had forgotten about the one online; the customer service is Superb! It did not matter I was driving an old beater... Or what my bying power was, I was treated with respect and like a million bucks. I must have seeing every Jeep! The sales specialist really took the time to understand my needs and make sure I was happy. I have fpund the staff to truely enjoy their roles, this I believe makes all the difference. It has been an awesome experience.

My Jeep Wrangler has been serviced, and not fixed, by Park Jeep on multiple occasions. Unless you want to repeatedly bring your car to the shop and not have it fixed (and pay for it), I would go elsewhere. To top it off, each and every time I have picked it up after it was supposedly "serviced," they told me that the problem was fixed. When I point out it has not been fixed, they tell me I do not know what I am talking about. Each time that I have brought it back, (again and again for the same problem) they acknowledge that the problem was not fixed. Last time they informed me the reason they did not fix it the previous time was that the part that was defective was not even on any of their schematics (this, at least got me no charge service; although I had previously paid for it not getting fixed). WOW!! There is this thing called the internet. Dealers and their service departments should be cognizant of that and stop treating their customers like they are incompetent.

Out of all the dealers I visited, trying to buy a car, these guys were undoubtedly the best, Jantzen Procai was the Sales person I dealt with and he was a pleasure to work with. No pressure tactics, no beating around the bush, honest and transparent from the word go. I am a man who has done my research and know my stuff at the back of my hand. They didnt try to hide anything and gave me all the numbers upfront that I asked for (Money Factor, Residual Value and so on). They did quote an incentive on the car that they later rescinded saying that wasn't applicable for leases. Maybe it was my mistake that I didnt check, but I didnt dig deep(their email quote did imply that they knew I was leasing because I was told that I do qualify for a leasing bonus and was included in the final price). No complaints though. This dealership made me feel important. They showed that they valued my business. Even people who werent working with me directly were patient enough to talk to me about my needs and experiences. Jantzen's manager(s) were so nice and helpful too. Without going into the details, they went an extra mile to keep my happy by paying off my current lease (4 months remaining) and let me keep my current car to avoid the early termination fees that my current leasing company would charge me. Thats what people do when they value customers and are serious about customer service. I would go back there in a blink of an eye for my wife's car that we'll need to buy in a month and if she decides on one of the Chrysler products. Cheers to an honest, professional and pro-customer dealership which is becoming a rarity these days! [PS. Oh I am not a dealership employee or a friend of anyone of them. I am an honest customer and this is my real experience]
