The guy at the desk was great but I've had to bring my Jeep in every year to get the AC fixed and every year they say they replace the damaged component and a couple months later it's back to not working. Yesterday it stopped working again.

I've had repeated bad experiences. 3 visits ago I received a text saying I could pick up my car. My wife dropped me off. When I spoke to the desk they said the car was not ready. When I asked why they sent me a text they were incredulous and said 'the text was automated'. As if that was not their responsibility. Two trips ago when I brought it in for tires after a road hazard and they told me the tires I needed were out of production so they could not fix the car. I pushed back, then they tried to buy the car from me and I rejected their offer . They finally located a tire and repaired the car. The last time I was there I returned a battery bought within 6 months and they tried to insist I needed to bring in the car (which had no good battery). I pushed back, showed them the battery warranty claim sticker right on the battery, and after some xx about needing to access codes from the car they gave me my new battery. They texted me another attempt to buy my car. I will avoid this dealership at any cost. They keep telling me they can't fix my car and then try to buy it.

Normally I give a 5 star review but I ended up having to drive over twice in awful construction for a very loud noise in my car which turned out to be a wheel bearing...which I think any mechanic taking a test drive should have known. I did tell them I had a full wrap warranty so they could make sure it wasn't something in the transmission but I ended up being sent home and having to pay 115.00 for a diagnostic only to return the following week to have the wheel bearing fixed. So I wasted gas money. paid for a diagnostic I did not need. arrived at 7:45 am and didn't leave until after 12 noon, plus the last three times I came in ...they didn't bother to wash my car. I am not used to this kind of service and I was disappointed.

Found out late snow tires on vehicle. Bit wierd no option going into spring for options. Also, no oil change done for 10k miles.

Had an appt for an oil change and tire rotation. I was on time for the appt, and was told it would be hour and a quarter; hour and a half maximum. It took just shy of two hours, with no updates in the meantime. I feel like the appts should be managed better. Two hours was too long for a straightforward service.
