Horrible horrible communication from this dealership. They do not answer or return calls. Very unprofessional. I would advise anyone to avoid this dealership at all costs. The many negative reviews are true.

Great experience from top to bottom. Seamless process with friendly staff and no long wait when we picked up our wrangler. Connor and Nate were outstanding to work with.


Extra parts or equipment wanted added to vehicle

DO NOT prepay for any parts or equipment you want added to your vehicle. You will NOT get a call back or text message about the parts/equipment you ordered. Better to buy from a 3rd party vendor and get the parts when you want them, than to wait for the unknown.


Never Again

Purchased a certified used car from here. Found out it had a bad transfer case and rear axle seal leak after getting it home. Getting those things fixed has been a huge headache. I also don't want to say we were lied to but we were misled on some things regarding the Walser Autoguard warranty. We were also told Walser would not share our information. Upon getting home and looking in our packet of vehicle information there was a piece of paper to fill out and mail in if you did not want Walser to share your info. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Will never purchase a vehicle or use the service department at Walser again!


Best Car Buying Experience With An Honest Salesman

I was in the market for a Jeep Grand Cherokee and from the start Ryan Pettit, a sales specialist there, was on top of things. I initially received a personalized video acknowledging that they received my inquiry. I was able to communicate back and forth with questions and Ryan put up with this for about a week and a half. Ryan was very down to earth, not pushy, and very honest about the cars we talked about and I couldn’t appreciate that more. Would I go back and get another car from here? Absolutely. Ryan had so much of the process already completed by the time I got there, which was amazing. It was a super easy experience and it was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Buyer beware

So I happened to my truck to the mechanic for an unrelated issue. He looked at the tires and said they need replaced and it because the tires where so bad it missed up the alignment. Also he said that it had been in a minor car accident that walser did not state. Please read below about my issue and be very cautious on buying from walser I bought a yukon xl from them and it was nothing but problems. I test drove it and the check engine light was on. Which they said they would fix. However it sat on the gm dealer lot for 4 days until I called to ask about after I was told they would call me the next day. Once I got it took them 30 mins long to get the car ready. We got in and the passenger floor mat was missing. They said the would order one but have not heard when it is going to be here yet(what a surprise) or I'd it is ordered. We then drove it off the lot and it was raining and the wiper blade was completely ripped. And the gas tank empty from them driving it to the other dealership and back. Now the tires they put on it are complete junk and quite dangerous going down the freeway due to them being out of balance already. Towing for in which we bought it for is quite daring.

Very efficient and helpful through the entire process. The dealership facilities are very customer-friendly and the salesperson was very competent and thorough. Was excited to find a Pacifica with AWD.


Pleased Customer

Bought a preowned Ram this winter from David B. Upon removing the snow and ice I noticed some paint scratches and nicks. David insured me that he would get his paint touch-up Mitch to buff out the scratches and make it look new. True to his word a few months later I brought the truck back and it turned out great. My husband and I went to Walser Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Hopkins and was greeted with a smile, hello, welcome , how can I help you the moment we stepped foot into the dealership. We was offered water and other snacks while we waited. Our salesman’s David Barrera was hands down the best! David B listen to our questions, explained the process, was very knowledgeable, honest and engaged in great conversation. David B sold me new Jeep Wrangler!!!!! The manager kindly introduced himself which we thought was respectful. Our overall experience was the best it feels good to receive great customer service and feel valued as a customer. Great place to buy a car

I recently purchased my 3rd vehicle from Walser/Hopkins and as usual it was a good experience. The customer specialist, David Barrera was very pleasant and helpful during the whole process. Their prices are very competitive and David's demeanor was pretty low pressure on the up-sale products.
