Cornerstone Chevrolet is a Wonderful place to purchase a

Cornerstone Chevrolet is a Wonderful place to purchase a vehicle. They are the only place I will purchase a vehicle. I?m a repeat customer 4 times. Very nice people.

I will never go back to this dealership and would not

I will never go back to this dealership and would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They removed front and rear recovery hooks from my truck between the test drive and purchasing the vehicle (which was same day). I was also supposed to get a front license plate mount weeks ago since the truck came from Florida, but they never followed up with that either. I’ve sent several emails and texts and they no longer respond.

Our salesman was great.

Our salesman was great. Very polite, knowledgeable, and helpful with any questions we had. A great personality. We would definitely contact him again for our next purchase.

Avoid at all cost they do not have the employees that

Avoid at all cost they do not have the employees that know how to fix a flat tire correctly the first time .people behind the counter are just handlers don't have a clue as to fixing cars or business operations. Cardinal rule number 1 " customer comes first :even when you can't do your job right the first times means the customer jumps to the front of the line because you f'd up.

Cornerstone Automotive

Everyone I encountered was helpful and personable. I'm not a fan of dealing with car salesman, but it wasn't like that at Cornerstone. P.J. La Croix was very helpful, I never felt like I was being pushed into anything, he just answered all my questions. Allison Burnham, the Finance Manager, was also nice and helpful. After I purchased a certified used vehicle, I had a minor issue within the week. I notified them and they took care of it, no questions asked. Cornerstone is probably the all around, best car dealership I've purchased from.

I brought my 2024 Chevrolet Silverado in for Warranty

I brought my 2024 Chevrolet Silverado in for Warranty work and the Service Advisor was not communicating with me for 2 days on the status, so the dealership did not fix the problem. They said they would contact me with any updated information to fix the problem. I never heard back. Do not go to service your vehicle here.

We purchased a 2023 Cadillac XT5 in early August 2023.

We purchased a 2023 Cadillac XT5 in early August 2023. The entire "team" we worked with in purchasing our vehicle was quite simply outstanding! Our initial contact was with Sales Associate Chuck Heinen... Chuck was the perfect fit for us as his demeanor and sales approach were what we were hoping for - he was not pushy or in a rush to sell us the car, he was patient and let the "car" sell itself but Chuck was there to answer every question we had about the vehicle. We also worked with Ben Holthaus the Sales Manager to complete the financials and payment for the vehicle - he was courtesy and respectful and made the process simple and easy. Finally we also worked with the Ted Walter the General Manager who took the time to meet with us and to make sure that we were not only happy with the purchase of our new vehicle but happy with the service we received. To all three of you - thank so much for making the purchase a "personal" experience.
