Apple Used Autos Shakopee

Very disappointed. Totally ignored. Has they joked with each and they even said I want to go home. I made an appointment and drove over 25 miles to only be ignored. They didn't even text or call afterwards to ask anything. There was a vehicle I really wanted but it was clearly to not be with apple autos.

We were intending to buy a car here and told them we planned to buy it. It was an EV that qualified for the tax credit but they weren't set up for that so they told me they would transfer the car to another dealer they owned that was set up for the credit. The person we were working with is out today. I just called in to find out they are selling the car to someone else currently even though we said we were going to buy it.

Bought a 2004 NissiTitan, was told the car was inspected and no major issues 5 months later I noticed a clicking sound. I took it a mechanic and he found the drive axle was almost broken both leaf springs were cracked and the rear and front differential was leaking and contaminated. I asked about the damage the mechanic said either nobody looked or they did not care. The repair bill is 3 times what I paid for the vehicle.

stopped in and checked out out a 2013 GMC truck with SEAN . Great salesman to work with. No high pressure like most dealerships and very informative about the buying process at APPLE AUTO.

The dealership mislead me on the condition of the vehicle. I called ahead of time since I live an hour and a half away only to be an hour into my trip from the dealership explaining the car was running rough and he would need his service team to check it out. Needless to say I won’t be back.

I came in to look at a 2018 Challenger. The first salesman I talked to was Sean. He took down my information and gave me the keys for a test drive. When I pulled back into the lot, I started going through the car. There was no sales pressure pitces at all and Sean pretty much left me alone so I could thoroughly look at the car. I slept on it and returned the next day. It was Sean's day off so Scott let me take it out for a final test drive. I liked the car and Scott walked me through all the paperwork. Chad worked on the financing and helped me find a lower rate than my credit union offered. Everyone was helpful and the whole experience was great. Thanks!
