Very Unprofessional & rude employees!

Very Unprofessional & rude employees! Never again! They sold me a lemon & the service department is horrible! They can’t even put the tires on right or the sensors! I wish I could sue them for all the emotional damage they have caused! But instead I have to use that money to fix this lemon! Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place!

Great People Wonderful Service

I love the team at Tappahannock Chevrolet they are very professional and accommodating. Their work is far superior than other local dealerships. They never make you feel like your wasting their time. You always feel welcome and they take the time to fully explain everything! Pricing was better on tires than online discount stores or any where that I researched. Thank Tapp Chevrolet for a job always well done!

Are you in the market for a new car/truck, or a great used car? If so, go see our buddy Steve Snead at Tappahannock Chevrolet. I had gone there several times just to peruse the lot because I wanted an Suv to fit my needs. Steve always came to me to answer any Questions, but he never pushed me on any vehicle. But last weekend we went there and found a gorgeous black Tahoe that I wanted so badly. Needless to say Steve made it happen and we brought that beauty home with us. Steve knows tons about cars but he is not pushy and I can't believe that my husband let me buy it! So, go see our guy and tell him the Meltons sent you! Thanks bunches Steve!!!

Was promised a vehicle then they sold it

Called to put a deposit on a vehicle. They said they don't take deposits but that I was first on the list. Called the next day to ask a question about my veteran discount and they told me that the vehicle they promised me was being sold to another customer. They are the stereotypical sleazy salesmen. If one person is out the other sales people have no idea what is going on. They could have 1 vehicle promised to 10 different people and not even know it. Will never do business with this dealership. This is no way to treat a veteran.

We bought a 2021 Supra and were super happy with our experience. Steve was our salesperson. He was kind, funny, and very patient with us. I highly recommend.
