Fantastic experience!

From start to finish, this was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Chris Weinberger responded promptly to my initial interest in an vehicle via email...walked me through the whole process via email and phone and by the time we got there for our appointment at 5:00 pm, had the vehicle pulled up front for the test drive and all the paperwork together in finance with Bob by the time we got back. The 2018 Renegade was for our 16 yo daughter and we told her THIS is the best experience my wife and I have even had. Even though its an hour drive for us to get this this vehicle, we will be back! Top notch customer service and top notch dealership!!

Waconia Dodge - Sean Decker

My first stop shopping for a new truck was at Waconia Dodge. I worked with Sean Decker. I was trading in my 2004 Dodge Dakota and looking to upgrade. My first concern was, as the newer trucks are larger than my Dakota, will it fit in my garage. Sean let me "test drive" it home, 15 minutes away, to see if a Dodge Ram 1500 would fit in my garage. Yay, it did. They also gave me a price on my truck for trade. I went to 4 other dealerships that day and Dodge Waconia had the best vehicles available at the most reasonable prices, and offered at, or above, a trade in value for my Dakota, than any of the other dealerships I visited that day. The clincher was, the truck I felt best fit what I was looking for, was only missing one thing. A cover for the box. Working the Sean Decker, he was able to get me a new box cover, installed, plus increased my trade in value, so I basically got the cover installed at half price. (i checked prices on line) That sealed the deal.


A wonderful, professional dealership. No B.S.

I was looking at the Grand Cherokee to replace my 2002 Trailblazer. The Tahoe and Expedition were too expensive and I E-Mailed salesman Noah Smith-Jolliffe at Waconia expecting to get the typical run around that I am used to and SUPRISE! I got a straight answer on the vehicle that met my needs with no B.S. Noah quoted me a great price right away. Several days later, I decided to buy the vehicle that was advertised and they had traded it to another dealer. Noah quickly found me the same vehicle with another color and the terms were the same. Noah earned my business. The transaction was straight forward, quick and professional. The finance manager was a straight shooter as well. I was very impressed with Waconia Dodge and I look forward to recommending this dealership to my friends!

Awesome Customer Service

Was in the market for a used Ram truck and they had an amazing used Ram on their lot. From start to finish everything went about as smooth as it could. Went in on a Monday to buy the truck and took it home two days later. Had I used their financing I would have had the truck on that Monday. I will defiantly go back when it's time for another truck!


Customer Service NEEDS work.

I recently purchased a 2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from Waconia DCJR. When I arrived to pick it up, me and the sales guy looked at the Jeep and nothing stood out besides it being a bit dirty. Took it for a drive, drove great, loved it, and decided to pull the trigger. I bought this jeep for my wife as a surprise while she was on vacation, so I drove it through the carwash when I returned home to get it cleaned up for her. When I arrived home from the carwash I was looking it over and noticed some big scrapes on the hardtop on the front and side, so I got up on the door and looked at the top and it appears to have a big chunk missing from the driver side hard top, almost as if it has been dropped or something during removal as well as some road rash on other parts of the top. I immediately thought maybe it was the carwash, so I went back there to show them, and they pulled the video showing the top of the vehicle and it was showing. Being I only drove the car home, and didn't follow any vehicles closely, and didn't remove the tops, and didn't drive through a hailstorm.....I KNOW I DID NOT cause this damage. I immediately called my Sales guy at the Jeep dealer as NOONE wants to spend that kind of money on a JEEP with a damaged part and asked him about it and he indicated he'd look into it. I sent pictures showing the top and explained there is no way I could have caused this by driving home. After a couple days they responded that "their" video doesn't appear to show the damage and they can't do anything for me. If that is truly the case, I think there is a bigger problem in store for Jeep owners that have an Altitude package, as apparently you can't drive them through wind without being damaged.....that is a very disappointing outcome, especially after I had offered to split the cost of the new left side top. Very disappointed customer to say the least.
