I absolutely loved this place at first. But now they seem shady! Truck was originally 13,500, put 4500 down and was a great deal so I thought. Not gonna lie it was repossed. Tried to get it back and now they want 11,500 for it, which is CRAZY!! I had it almost a year, it now has 266,000 miles on it and they are reporting 1owner which isn't true at all. So please do your OWN research! Not to mention I put rims on it that I'm still paying for and they totally refused to turn them in to the other company even when they called. I even stated that I have the original wheels and tires that came off of the Truck. So if you buy from this place do a Carfax for YOURSELF!!

Auto city did a dynamic job during the purchasing process. Austin is the ideal salesman. He was prompt when getting the vehicle ready. He even let me make a deposit to hold the vehicle till I came back with the remainder of funds. I don't have the best credit score but auto city approved me for a Tahoe. Wow what a dynamic place to do business with. The most professional pleasant experience Iv'e had purchasing a vehicle in over 25 years.

I recently purchased a Honda Pilot from the Auto City's Chesapeake location at 1100 Military Highway. David, the sales manager, was friendly and very helpful. The transaction was extremely quick. He recommended a good auto loan company and we completed the deal within hours. The Pilot is in excellent condition and had been completely cleaned and prepared. I was impressed by the quality and the condition of the cars on this lot. David has followed up, inquiring to insure that everything was still good. He quickly located a second smart key so that we did not have to purchase one. I am truly impressed with the service level and quality of cars at this independent car dealer.

Austin worked very hard to make sure I got my car with little to no headache. I saw the car on-line and contacted the dealer. The manager at the College Park lot called me the next day and told me the car was on his lot. I arranged to come and see it. It looked great. He allowed me to take it to my mechanic for a check. When I got the thumbs up from my mechanic, I contacted the manager. By the time I got back to the lot, he had all the paperwork ready and we concluded the cash transaction swiftly. I'm very pleased with the car and the dealer.

I saw the 2008 Honda Civic EX-L on Cars.com on Monday night. Stopped by to take a test drive on Tuesday. No pressure and Carfax report on hand. The vehicle was in great condition and I drove it home on Wednesday. Austin was very easy to work with. I would highly recommend Auto City. I had been looking for this model vehicle for quite some time and Auto City had the best price and quality vehicle.
