Unique cars yes but horrible dealership! Had a pre approval and ready to purchase a car from them. Gave me a run around about finding a comparable price so they can match the price to saying they can give me a better Apr and did a hard inquiry on my credit to just tell me that they can’t do it due to the state I live in. Before running my credit they told me that the state I lived in would be no problem! I gave them comparable cars just for them to say they price their car right and they can’t match. Why tell me to send you comparable cars if you did not plan to match it. Worked with Shaun, Colin and Dave in sales! Stay away waste of time!

A very positive car purchase experience. Here's why! This is the 8th time I have entered this dealership in the last 11 years. But. This time for me. Much sets it apart from the others. All available vehicles are posted on their website accompanied with endless views, the original dealer MSRP price and then the Poquet price. And ... And this place is so welcoming. So polite. Direct. But. So kind. So undestanding. Even my bank remarked how great to work with Poquets finance department.

bought landrover ,can not recommend!! also anyone that bought or if your thinking about it b vehicles should be looked over very good ..landrover i bought did not have correct tires ,not only wrong tires but they even mixed matched them ,making vech unsafe (i did have tire blowout on freeway)and also would have voided factory warranty along w any personal insurance claims ,and could have been causing damage to drive train .many red flags came up while dealing w this ....they put not new but used tires on landrover ,tires were not the correct speed rated required by landrover not only wrong speed rating they even mix matched with 3 tires same speed rating and the forth different but none the right ones ..furthermore they put yet another diff speed rated tire on (the one tht blew out sidewall )thats 3 different speed rated tires on 1 vech.:( and im sure they knew of it .was not a easy getting the tires replaced by poquet ,was told by service manager he just wanted to be done with this ,i explained how i wish it never happened and that thankfully no one was hurt with wrong tire blowing out the sidewall but being done with it and done w poquet is best

Transaction went pretty smooth from order to driveway delivery. Works great as long as you know what you want.

Have not completed the deal yet, pending insurance claim. So far all is well. Very helpful to this point.

My husband's and my experience at Poquet Auto Sales couldn't have been more positive. We worked with Rob Huskey who was knowledgeable, helpful and patient as we explored options and test drove a number of vehicles. Once we made our decision, Ingrid had the paperwork ready to sign almost immediately. We would highly recommend Poquet to anyone looking to sell and/or buy a preowned vehicle.

Initial interactions were great, Bought a car from this dealership ~ 10 years ago. They have completed a few repairs on the same car, last being in 2019. Unfortunately, they last time they fixed the car (oil leak), they did not do a good job as 2 months later. the leak was still there. I called and the person I talked to, insisted that the car was fixed. I have been driving the car periodically adding more oil. Took the care to Minnetonka BMW for a different concern and of which I was pleased, they however mentioned the leak. I called Poquet and schedule an appointment and explained the issues. Took my car in and after the diagnosis Chuck called and ambiguously explained that he cannot find the leak and wanted to degrease the car. For clarification, I asked about the leak and how to proceed. He felt quite agitated to the point of almost yelling at me. He did not feel that I needed clarity and so I ended the call and picked my car the next day. I would not go back to these forks again as long as he continues to work there. By the way, they charged $170 for diagnostics and another $170 for degreasing the engine. Upon picking up the car, the engine continued to have oil in different parts of the engine. WILL DEFINATLEY AVOID THIS PLACE. A change of career might benefit Chuck, customer service is not your thing.

After searching for a car for my wife for over six months, we finally found the perfect one at Poquet (didn't want to settle for something that wasn't exactly what she wanted in this crazy car market). My family has worked with Poquet for a very long time. And, as always, they did not disappoint. Extremely accommodating and easy to work with. Colin and his team are the best in the business!

Poquet has earned its reputation for being customer focused and providing only the best vehicles. With other dealers the buying process can quickly become adversarial, pitting a crafty and elusive salesperson against an eager and sometimes naive customer in a game of winner and loser. This doesn’t happen at Poquet. Their attitude is, “what can we do to make this right by you.” I highly recommend their sales and service departments.

I contacted Poquet to check on the availability and request a test drive of a specific car. The Poquet rep responded that the vehicle had not arrived yet but would later that day. The rep promised to contact me upon the arrival. It has been 8 days without a word … very poor customer service.
