This was our second time purchasing a kiddos first vehicle from this incredible Luther team Westside VW. Putting your child in a vehicle of their own for the first time is terrifying as a parent. Tammy and Don, this environment is because of you!! Brian J, just as last time was phenomenal. He did an amazing job taking care of us and showing my son what a car buying experience should be like. He took his time to make sure all of my sons questions were asked and encouraged him to ask question that he wasn’t asking. He also shared personal stories regarding the importance of responsible driving and how it affects one’s future. Devin in finance was also amazing. He worked with us to understand what we were looking for financially and how to best achieve those desires. He offered multiple explanations of the importance of warranties and how we can utilize those. Because of Don, Tammy and their entire team at Westside you will have customers for life.

Helton in sales and Don in finance are absolute gems. Here's the kicker, Devin was great as well and saved me money I didn't know I was wasting through my current insurance.
