Tao our service manager was superb. I got better information from him than I did through my insurance company. He was a fierce advocate! Everyone was helpful.

I have always received excellent service from Westside Volkswagen. The staff is welcoming and takes many of the crinkles out of leasing a new car. I have worked with Michelle Pogue previously and she works her magic to make sure I get the car and the payments that work for me, and make me happy!!!

Appreciated the quick service. Still find it odd that oil changes and full service center does not vacuum and wash the cars after services. Been buying and leasing cars from this location for 10+ years and still think that is a car gets serviced it should be cleaned after.

I worked with Charlie on buying a 2019 Jetta and he was great! Helpful, knowledgeable, listened to my questions and wasn't pushy in any way. Prices were tough to beat. I originally began my search looking for a used car, but Westside VW had new cars priced in the same tier as used vehicles elsewhere. Worked with Vince on financing and he was helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Other dealerships I have bought from have been pushy, dishonest, and only worried about selling the car, not the case here. Westside VW was great to work with and will have my business again.

They cleaned my car for me and were very fast. Typically when I go to a dealer I feel as if they keep pushing the time it will take, back. they were also accommodating when I wanted to add services onto my appointment.

Was a great buying experience. Lots of personal attention even as Helton was being requested by several customers. Process was easy with up front pricing on cars and well explained details/rationale for value of my trade-in. Car I purchased was already clean, but they cleaned it again and filled up the tank. Very straight forward process no hidden agendas, etc. Highly recommend!
