My recent visit to Luther Westside VW for an oil change on my 2005 Passat exceed all of my expectations. Tracy (Service Writer) greeted me upon arrival; she was charming, efficient and a true professional. Her estimated repair time was spot on. Tracy tried her very best to accommodate a last minute request to check the reasons behind an activated 'check engine' light, but the shop was simply too busy. Her willingness to consult with another Service Writer just proves the service department was doing everything they could that day to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I couldn't have asked for more. Lastly, one couldn't ask for a more comfortable waiting area - free newspapers, free coffee, even free snacks! Wow!
