I had my last car for 14 years and was not looking forward to the process of purchasing a new vehicle. But Luther Westside made my purchasing experience easy and pleasant. My salesperson was knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy at all. They let me take the vehicle for 3 test drives. I wanted a manual transmission and they did not have the color I wanted in stock, but they did give me a bit of a discount for taking a vehicle off the lot instead of ordering one. The purchase process was smooth and not stressful. The finance department went over everything in detail with me. I received a few follow-up phone calls to make sure I was happy with my purchase and if any questions had arisen. I purchased a Jetta Sportwagen and I feel that I got a lot of car for my money. I love everything about the vehicle and the finishing work and attention to detail is excellent. I brought my car in for the courtesy check and was pleased by the service department as well. They did a walk around of the car with me and explained in detail what they would do and answered my questions. Everyone I had contact with at this dealer has been wonderful to work with, they are all pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this dealer!

She did this in a professional manner without being demanding or pushy. She listened to what my needs were in a car, and helped provide me with appropriate options. All in all a wonderful car-buying experience. The VW won me over in its quality, details, and handling. Westside won me over in patience, friendliness and being informative.

I was looking to replace my Lincoln with a smaller and very safe car. After all my research I settled on a Volvo C30. Westside VW had a used C30, with all the features I wanted and then some. And their asking price was better than a nearby Volvo Dealer. I worked with Steve E. He made the transaction easy and understandable and was knowledgeable about the car. We did not have to haggle over price and the trade value on my Lincoln was fair. I happily drove away in my new, used C30 and would recommend Westside Volkswagon to anyone who is looking for fair treatment from a car dealership.

I was looking around the internet for a used Golf TDI, and I found this nice 2012 Golf at Luther Westside VW. I gave the dealership a call, and Steve Evans walked me through the vehicle over the phone. He then introduced me to Brian Hahs in Finance, to arrange the financial details. Brian gave me a call 30 minutes later to let me know I was approved, and I placed a deposit on the car. I also purchased a plane ticket to Minnesota for Saturday, to pick up the vehicle. Steve picked me up at noon at the airport, and gave me a ride to the dealership. The car was in great condition as described, and introduced me personally to Brian. To make the story short, by 2 PM I was driving my new Golf back to Houston, TX. At 61 years of age, this was one of my best experiences in buying a car up to this day. Everything went very smoothly and quickly, with no surprises. I would like to thank Steve Evans and Brian Hahs again for a great job.
