Jordan was so helpful with trading in my 2006 Subaru Outback for a 2021 Crosstrek. I had never been through the car buying process before, so it was very overwhelming for me, but he walked me through every step of the way which made things so much easier. I didn’t feel rushed into a decision which was something I was worried about.

A few years ago my husband and I purchased an Outback with the help of Trish Clancy. She was great! Recently, I was in need of information from a business manager and was introduced to Nathan Black. Was I fortunate! Not only was Nathan very knowledgeable, but was patient and thorough and made sure I was well taken care of beyond my expectations! I left more than satisfied! (I had to mark a reason for my visit that's not true as my reason was not covered by any of your 3 choices!)

Bloomington Subaru treated us excellently. Jordan Theurer greated us at the door and asked us how he could help us. He answered every question we had and if he wasn't sure he found out the answer. We were not pressured at all. We must have received 5 phone calls from Jordan keeping in touch with us as to the status of our Forester. He also called us the minute he saw the vehicle was in as well as a follow up call. Jordan also showed and demonstrated to us the various safety features and even paired our phones. Jordan treated us respectfully and in a very proffesional manner. We also want to compliment Jodie the Sales Manager, Dylan the Finace Manger and the trade in Manager as well. We also received a follow up call from the General Manager thanking us for purchasing a vehicle from Subaru knowing there are many Compact SUVs on the market to choose from. Bottom line is we received excellent service from everyone at Bloomington Subaru especially Jordan. This is our first Subaru and if the vehicle is as excellent as the staff we will be satisfied driving our white Forester for many years. We will recommend Bloomington Subaru to family and friends.
