Everyone at Motorworks, was friendly, helpful, and patient. The client lounge had snacks (a necessity in a lounge 😉) comfortable seating and HGTV on. ⭐️Morgan Frisch, my Client Advisor was Amazing, Understanding and Helpful. ⭐️Nolan Tadevich took us on the test drive, and showed nerves of steel, as I took the vehicle through my check list, of how the vehicle responded to my driving. He also did a final detailing on My 2020 GMC Acadia Denali. It was spotless but the extra step to put the floor mats in was a nice touch. ⭐️Mandy Montgomery was a Joy to work with. Explained everything about my contract and answered my questions. Everyone was Amazing and I felt like I made Friends for life. LOL They made the ENTIRE experience so Pleasant and Easy. ❤️ If you are looking to purchased a vehicle, Definitely check their website and take a drive over. You will NOT be disappointed.🥳

I took my 2020 Hyundai Palisade Limited with intent to trade for an Audi Q5. I had been to the dealership the day before and completed a test drive of the Audi. The salesperson and I agreed to an appointment the following day, for them to complete an assessment of my trade-in. When I arrived, I waited about 25 minutes until the salesperson came back to me with a trade-in value of $12,500. Kelly Blue Book suggested at least $19,000 for a "fair condition" of my vehicle. The salesperson took me out to my vehicle and pointed out several spots of sap on the car along with some surface scratches. He told me that they would have to strip the car of its paint and repaint it in order to repair the damage. There was no other concerns with the car, mechanically or otherwise. I left the dealership and went to O'Reilly Auto parts where I purchased a $15 tar removing spray that immediately removed the tar. I communicated this with a salesperson that evening but his response was less than suitable. I will not go back to BMW motorworks, despite the fact that my family has bought several cars from this particular dealer. I am a single mother and I made it quite clear to the salesperson that I did not have time for games. Offering me $7,000 less than the worst value on my vehicle is a complete joke. I do not appreciate being taken advantage of and that is exactly what happened. In the end, I am quite pleased that I did not purchase the Audi Q5 from this location and instead have chosen a different dealership where I am more than satisfied.
