This dealership is not the one I bought my 2024 Honda

This dealership is not the one I bought my 2024 Honda Accord hybrid at, but it is the nearest Honda dealership, and I will certainly continue to do business with them. My fuel pump was checked as part of the recall, and the odd "TD02" service code ("See your dealer") that had been popping up over and over was taken care of, each of these issues by a different technician. All under warranty and at no cost to me. As these issues were complicated enough, I got a free Uber from the dealer to home, and back the next day.

Brittany my sales associate was great. Very knowledgeable about the car. She delivered the car to me and we drove and she showed me all the bells and whistles. I went back again this morning with a few more questions and answered my questions. I’m sure I’ll be seeing her again.

My Service Rep Walli get me informed of my repair and the problem resolved. In addition the technician found a problem with an earlier shock replacement and replaced the shock at no charge under warranty. Walli also made sure to apply all available discounts.
