Ordered a 2025 GMC Sierra 3500 HD AT4, the truck is

Ordered a 2025 GMC Sierra 3500 HD AT4, the truck is everything I wanted and turned out awesome. My experience with the sales department was less then desirable. There was virtually no communication along the way as I was told I would receive updates during the build process. When I would try to reach out to get updates my salesman was hard to get ahold of and the other sales team did not seem to know what was going on either. We had a appointment at noon to pick up the new truck and do the trade in process of the old one. When we arrived our salesman was not even at the dealership he showed up 30 minutes late, and that is not the worst of it we didn't get out of the dealership till 6:15 that night. I cannot believe it took over 6 hours to complete this transaction. Very disappointed in the customer service aspect from the sales department.
