Buyer Beware I purchased a used 2022 gmc denali ultimate

Buyer Beware I purchased a used 2022 gmc denali ultimate with 8500 miles they told the sticker was over 90k for the truck and yes new ones are that amount but this was 22 and the sticker was only 80k they priced the truck at 85k for a used truck so 5 grand over sticker for a used truck. I asked several times and called they would not produce the original window sticker and I was able to get one online but it's a little late. They did offer to buy it back for about 3k less than I paid and told me they sell there ultimate trucks over sticker. Most reputable gmc dealers are at window sticker not 5 to 8 over the sticker. So before you buy from Drake at Walser do your homework I have bought over 10 new gmc trucks and never has this happened but I believed there lies So do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Brought l gmc p/u in cause xm radio was going in and out, and it takes 2 driving before it comes on. Not your problem, so got a part from xm radio, and as they told me to just take it tp your GMC dealer and have it installed. All parts and labor are free. I took package to Walzer GMC-Bloomington, gave parts package to service and said instructions were in package. This cause you have never installed one before, and have no idea how to do it. the instructions were all there. Well, when the truck was done, the service tech told me that there is no coverage for labor that he could find. And said I guess it needs to go to a special install place, but since they installed it already, they would only charge me 1/2 hr charge. $90 some dollars later, I find it still does not work, Not your problem. I states it may not improve my reception . My concern is, that apparently your people did not read the instructions in package, and went and installed the part anyway. If they read the instructions FIRST, they would have seen it needs to go to a special installation place. It was nice of them, but still I got stuck for $90 some dollar bill. ???????

Jeremiah Whittlef was a pleasure to work with. We have always had great experiences with Walser, but Jeremiah made this one particularly easy from start to finish. Our 16-year-old daughter had just totaled our 2010 Toyota Camry and Walser and we were in the market for a used car to replace it. Great experience all around!

Jeremiah Whittlef was a pleasure to work with. We have always had great experiences with Walser, but Jeremiah made this one particularly easy from start to finish. Our 16-year-old daughter had just totaled our 2010 Toyota Camry and Walser gave us a good deal on a 2013 Kia Sorrento for basically the amount our insurance company gave us on the Toyota. Great experience all around!
