Worst experience ever.

Worst experience ever. Was told the car was being detailed the day before and they confirmed that it would be back for me to test drive the following day at 12 pm. I arrived at 12:15 and was told that the guy I spoke to was not there and he would be back soon and he would pick up the car that was only a mile and a half away. They kept me waiting almost 2 hrs. When the car finally arrived the entire drivers seat was torn wide open in the middle exposing the foam and it was wet. The seat belt was also wet. He said you have to put the key in the glove box in order to start the car. My daughter and I both said at the same time we are out and left. Total waste of time with a total of 2 1/2 hours drive time and 2 hours to wait for a car that was garbage. And in the photo`s of the drivers seat it was not ripped.

Recently picked up a Volvo.

Recently picked up a Volvo. Drives great. The guys at the car lot were very helpful, and worked with me. Definetly recommend buying from here. Eric is great

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service !!! Never return phone calls. Would never recommend them to anyone . Zero follow up and promises for return calls never happen. See others that have left very poor results

Rt 46 little falls Jeep the worst

Leased 22 JGC overland. Roof leaked from day one. They had it almost 2 weeks. They took carpet out and cleaned everything since I’m sure not first time it leaked. First highway trip floor and console reached over 150 degrees. They obviously didn’t put everything back right. Brought back in after wildwood trip from the heat. They had another 2 weeks said they fixed but wouldn’t give me detailed repair receipt. Phone calls later still would not give it. Went to Virginia last week and same problem. Had ac on full blast and windows open in the rain to make it home because of heat and fumes and 6 hour trip. Called dealer again and manager didn’t want to talk to me for the 3rd time. This dealer is terrible. I have pics and flit images showing the heat. The dealer took out carpet and whatever else and never put it back right. My kid burnt his hand reaching for his thermos under seat and burned his hand in metal seat frame that was over 150 degrees. Dealer gave car back to me for latest trip and didn’t fox a thing. Have flir images of that too. They won’t give me repair receipt because they know they messed up.

STAY STAY STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

When someone tells you to STAY AWAY from this place. I SUGGEST THAT YOU PAY ATTENTION. This place was a NIGHTMARE FROM THE WORD GO. I ended up losing just under a thousand dollars.

Lemon car

John Carmona sold me a lemon car. In less than a year the car isn’t working anymore. He did not even care. Poor quality and of honesty in this person and business

Pretty decent service. glad to go there again. Very warm and friendly people. They inspected everuthing about the car and explained to me the pros and cons.

No hidden fees and real prices !!!

I was shopping for a used Jeep. I went to three difference places before I came here. The first three places had all types of hidden fees and some even bumped up the pricing if if we were financing. John assured me over the phone that the prices were real and that they didn't charge any hidden fees, and everything he said was true. Even with my credit not being good he got me approved at a payment I could afford. Make sure you ask for John when you go !!!!!!!!
