Everyone from the reception, to the salesman Justin to the financeman Daz were excellent. A top notch dealership that is friendly, real, hard working and accommodating along with no pressure! I would definitely shop there again and look forward to doing so in the future.

5 Stars My wife, Lacey, recently bought a new electric car from Morrie’s Cadillac in Golden Valley, MN. We had the pleasure of working with Emily, and the experience was outstanding. Emily was incredibly patient and informative, making us feel comfortable and confident in our purchase. Despite driving from far out of the area, it was well worth it to work with her. Highly recommend Morrie’s Cadillac and especially Emily for anyone in the market for a new car.

The manager and I had a handshake agreement on a price

The manager and I had a handshake agreement on a price for the vehicle, including my trade in vehicle After a very lengthy process the list price was placed back into the documents which were rushed through asking for my signatures on the many pages that were required to sign. I signed all the papers out of pure fatigue. There were so many things thrown at us. Also we were informed that we could get a new key for our new purchase that Morries would reimburse. After several attempts to get the reimbursement, I finally went in to speak with the manager. I mentioned the key reimbursement and tried jumping through the hoops they asked me to jump through to no avail. I asked about our handshake agreement on final price including the trade-in. They said, “they don’t negotiate on the list price.” I said, “The manager shook my hand with our agreed price. They said, “oh you did, well the document here has your signature.” In the end I lost $2,100 and my trade-in expedition. Be cautious when dealing with this dealership

Morrie’s Cadillac was excellent.

Morrie’s Cadillac was excellent. The purchase was smooth and easy. My trade in from Morrie’s Subaru was very fair. Our sales person Emily was extremely helpful.

I was very pleased with my entire process from start to

I was very pleased with my entire process from start to finish with Morrie’s Golden Cadillac. Emily, was my salesperson. She was very personable, caring about my needs and knowledgeable! When I talked with Emily about coming over to purchase the vehicle I explained to her I wanted to be there at 9am when the dealership opened. That day she normally didn’t start until noon but without hesitating said she would be there early before the dealership opened and get the vehicle driven up by the entry doors and be waiting for me. Also want to mention Nadia who went over extended warranty information, She was very knowledgeable and broke it down to be understood easily. She also took care of the paperwork and took her time with me. Also, when I first walked up to the entrance of the dealership one of the sales managers opened to door for me introduced himself walked me to Emily’s desk. Definitely would recommend this dealership!
