NOt long ago I purchased a used Saab 9-5 turbo from Morries with well over 100,000miles. the car was in immaculate condition and very resonably priced. I ended up purchasing an extended warranty do to the high miles and the car is for my son to take to college. to make a long story short, the water pump went out recently and it just so happend to be covered by the extended warrantly with a small deductible. Morries was very accomidating with the diagnosis, ordering the part and making an appointmentr for me that worked, they even shuttled me around while the car was in the shop for a few hours. the service and courteousness that I received was really over and above any I had ever received from an auto dealer. especially on a used vehicle. Morries has a customer for life with me and my family.

I was very impressed by the high quality vehicles and service I was provided with as I looked to purchase my first used minivan. Other places I had looked did not have vans in good condition like the used van I looked at from Morrie's Cadillac. They also let me take it to a mechanic for a second opinion and were willing to make needed repairs before purchasing. And when I wasn't quite sure if I was sold on a specific vehicle, there were many other cars in great condition to also check out. After only about two weeks of looking, Chris got me into the perfect car that I could not be happier with and for just the right price! Financing was also super easy and quick. Here we go! I purchased a used vehicle from Morrie's Cadillac late last summer. After Two weeks I found that it needed repairs that were obviously there when I purchased the vehicle. I was seriously considering bringing the vehicle back for a different vehicle. I had purchased a third party service warranty when I purchased the vehicle. Because of this both the sales staff and financing advised me to wait awhile, then have the repairs done through the service warranty. At the time I thought perhaps it was a good idea. I parked the vehicle for the winter as it needed tires badly, and I thought it would need an alignment. In the spring I took my vehicle to a brand name dealership the same as it's make for an alignment. They found it needed $10,000 worth of repairs! I went back to Morries Cadillac and advised them of my situation. They volunteered to pay for my suspension parts on the front ( approximately $500 ) and them also advised me I should wait and have the other repairs done through the service contract after time had passed. I contemplated this, and decided I wanted no part of this deception with the warranty people. First of all, I cannot believe that Morrie's didn't know about my vehicles needed repairs. When they sold it to me. Secondly it is unthinkable that Morrie's would wish me to deceive the folks that sold me the service contract, by letting them think my defects happened after I purchased the vehicle. So far to date, four different persons at Morrie's advised me to be deceptive, and seek preexisting repair payments through my service contract, which I refuse to do. Now here I sit with a vehicle needing repairs close to what I paid for it. I haven't heard anything from Morrie's for close to two weeks now. I'm sure they hope I will silently go away. Absolutely unbelievable! What kind of business are you running Morries?
