I listed my 2022 Chevrolet Equinox RS on Facebook Marketplace and Andrew from Strosnider Chevrolet in North Prince George , Virginia offered me a very fair price. He was very professional and nice. He even sent me a video of him saying my name so I would know he wasn’t AI. I really appreciated him doing that. Andrew sent two great guys (Bob & Bobby) all the way to North Carolina to pick up my SUV. They were professional and nice as well. I enjoyed talking with the both of them. My entire experience with Andrew, Bob and Bobby from Strosnider Chevrolet was more than I could have expected and I am so very thankful for them. Selling my SUV to them was definitely a great experience!

I bought my Tahoe from Strosniders in 2018. For the first 6 years I had first class impeccable service on my Tahoe. But over the l ast 2 years I have found the new younger mechanics doing less than first clas work. It seems since 2024 the service work has been subpar. They either can't fix the problem, taking much longer than quoted, or just don't resolve the issue, forcing me to bring my vehicle back. The only real difference in the service department personnel is that the older more experienced mechanics are being replaced by younger less experienced mechanics. I have not been 100% satisfied with the service on my Tahoe over the last couple of years.

If you like your vehicle then take it somewhere else! I first brought my vehicle here to have the Air Conditioner looked at because it was not working, keep in mind this vehicle is less than a year old. Originally they thought it was a software issue so reflashed the computer. They told me it fixed the issue and after picking it up it was clear it was not fixed. I took my vehicle back the next day and they told me the condenser was cracked. They called me and said it was fixed and ready for pick up and after getting home I realized that my bumper was sticking out, fender trim was sticking out, the clearcoat on the fenders was scratched next to the bumper, and the bumper had several chips and pry marks. I took the vehicle back the next day and they told me to come back Monday so I did and was told the clips and panel that were damaged were ordered and their paint man would fix the damage to the paint. Well after getting the vehicle back, the clear coat on the fenders is still scratched and the “paint repair” is nothing more than globbed on non-color matching paint, oh and the pry marks… obviously still there all on a car that is less than a year old! Do not bring your vehicle here unless you would like the same hassle and a permanently damaged vehicle.
