Heartfelt Thanks for Your Exceptional Support - Dear Rudy Luther Toyota Team, We are writing to express our sincere gratitude for the incredible support you provided when our Suburban experienced a transmission failure July 7th on our way back from up north. We were stranded in Hinkley 2 hrs from home .As you know, we purchased the vehicle from you last year, and finding ourselves stranded was a stressful situation. We were truly touched by how you went above and beyond to help our family. We have 5 children and you guys sent two drivers all the way up to us with a minivan, allowing us to use it free of charge for three days, and ensuring we made it home safely was an act of exceptional customer service. Your willingness to go the extra mile in our time of need is deeply appreciated. Thank you for your kindness and for demonstrating such outstanding commitment to your customers. The dealership was very responsive.

The dealership was very responsive. They had the vehicle I wanted on hold for a few days while they were performing inspections. Their customer service kept me interested enough to wait for it for a test drive. Scott Smith and Roger Nelson did a great job playing tag team between customers to make the deal.
