First (And Only) time dealing with this dealership. I had scheduled a appointment with Doug Vo and was a few minutes early and checked in. Despite attempts by the receptionist to locate him I simply waited ten minutes and left. Never did here from him. I'm not wasting my time for PATHETIC customer service. Kudos to the receptionist tho. She really tried and did apologize. Promote her and let Doug go back to sweeping the floors.

Prompt, knowledgeable, even took the time to walk us through all the app details. And, because I couldn't negotiate and car deals or free options, our rep Erin gave us ... Get this a Toyota coffee mug! Woot. In red. AND 2 keychains and a reusable Toyota bag. The bar has been set. Good all around experience.

Just bought a 2026 Toyota BZ Limited from this dealership, and the experience couldn’t have been better. Our sales associate, Doug Vo, was very knowledgeable and personable—it was truly a pleasure to work with him. On the finance side, Dayton Kinde went out of his way to make things work for us (FYI, if you want 0% financing be sure to unlock your Experian score first!) working down to the wire the day before the holidays. Also on the finance side, Mike Rosett made our final sales stuff go quickly and smoothly. All of these people were such a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this dealership!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Toyota. My 2020 Toyota Corolla (only 40,231 miles) developed a failed VVT controller while the car was parked in my garage. This is a known issue on the Corolla, and if it had happened just a little earlier during the warranty period, Toyota would have fully covered the repair. Instead, I was quoted close to $3,000 for a repair that clearly stems from a premature part failure—not wear and tear. A critical engine component should not be failing this early, and Toyota has shown no willingness to stand behind their product. I expected better reliability and customer support. I reached out to corporate and the dealership. It took four business days for a returned call to tell me they wouldn't cover it because I already agreed by having the vehicle towed in for a diagnosis. Needless to say I and everyone I know will never buy a Toyota again especially not from Rudy Luther. Their service manager couldn't even return a phone call.

This is my third vehicle I purchased through Rudy Luther Toyota. I always work with Boris Sonkin. He makes it buying a car less stressful. I would recommend him to anyone! Love the dealership, love my new car! Thank you Boris and Debbie!!!
