I would think the dealership would want to make this right rather than forcing a customer to share negative feedback across multiple platforms online and then being personally attacking their customer. The lack of resolution, despite months of communication and documentation, reflects poorly on the level of care and commitment expected from a certified purchase like this.
I felt manipulated during my visit and was told that I would not receive service because of a previous negative review. I was pressured into changing it to a 4-star review before arriving the next day, but that does not reflect my true experience. Publishing my name in this context—especially while questioning the legitimacy of my reviews and username—raises serious concerns about privacy and potential retaliation. Due to the dealership’s unprofessional conduct, including the public disclosure of my full name in a retaliatory behavior regarding my review, this complaint has now also been submitted to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) for formal review and documentation. Additionally, this may violate DealerRater’s platform terms and conditions, which discourage or prohibit posting PII (Personally Identifiable Information) in public responses.
Terrible customer relations.
Terrible customer relations. They don’t follow through with their commitments and then want to make life difficult for the customer when things go wrong. Every vehicle I’ve bought for the last 25 years has been from them. This will be the last one.

Purchased vehicle with “damaged equipment.” Partial coverage provided bit should have been total coverage. Communication was poor. Repeat buyer will not buy again.

Stay away if you have bad credit.
Stay away if you have bad credit. They will leave you with a car you owe 2x what it's worth and screw up your credit later and no way to get rid of it without taking a huge loss.

Terrible experience.
Terrible experience. I brought my SUV for service. I have an ALLY extended warranty that I was sold to protect it. They wanted service invoices which I was having a difficult time getting from the Oil change shops. They then towed my SUV without letting me know. Saying I abandoned the SUV. It’s a $25k SUV, why would I abandon it? It’s not possible to drive the SUV so I needed to find time to meet a tow company there to tow it to another shop. They couldn’t even pick up the phone and call me to tell me. This won’t be the last your hearing from me. My advice based on my experience is to stay far away

Natasha in the Service Area is Awesome.
Natasha in the Service Area is Awesome.. She has always been professional, knowledgeable, yet patient with us. Natasha is without question the reason why my family uses Superior Ford for repairs as well as purchasing vehicles. Of which we own 4 Fords. I will continue to recommend Superior Ford to all our friends.

Went to purchase a 2023 Expedition Max.
Went to purchase a 2023 Expedition Max. Price initially on the website was 55,998. When I was about to head out the door to purchase the vehicle the price went to 59,998 on the website. I received a call from the manager after dealing with the sales guy stating that there was unforeseen things that needed to be fixed and would not honor that original price. In this case they should not be putting prices on the website until the vehicle has gone through. I decided to do my business elsewhere.

I purchased a 2021 Ford Explorer xx from Superior Ford in
I purchased a 2021 Ford Explorer xx from Superior Ford in Plymouth. I live several states away and made plans to fly there and drive the car back. The sales process went smoothly and the salesperson picked me up at the airport on the morning I arrived and brought me to the dealership for final signatures. I was not happy to discover that the Explorer had 1,000 more miles than advertised because the used car sales manager had been using it as his personal vehicle. They should have put that in the classified listing and kept the true mileage updated. In addition, the car was dirty. Not filthy mind you, but it had mud in the wheel wells, and they had only given it the most basic exterior wash when I picked it up. The interior needed a wipe down and the carpet needed to be vacuumed. When I buy a car site unseen, don't haggle about the price, and give the dealership 4 days of notice when I'd be picking it up, I expect a FULL exterior and interior detailing to be done. I couldn't have made the process easier for them, the least they could have done for me is make sure the car looked like new inside and out. Getting the title transferred to our state took longer than it should have as well. It took about 7 weeks, which caused me to have to drive on an expired temp tag for three weeks. The person at Superior who was responsible for this process was not prompt or accurate in her communication with us regarding the required paperwork, thus causing unnecessary delays. In addition, she was either let go or quit in the middle of the process and was replaced by someone else who had to get up to speed on the whole situation, which further delayed it. Regardless of all those issues, everyone at Superior Ford was friendly and nice to deal with, and we are very pleased with the Explorer we purchased. So while they need to step up their game a little bit, we'd still give a thumbs-up to Superior Ford.
