Also, shout out the the Service Manager Dave Hayes, he was very kind and very friendly as well. Highly recommend this dealership!

Customer Service Manager, I want to commend Nick, one of your Customer Service Staff, in restoring my belief that customer service is still alive in today’s business world. I had stopped in to check on the status of my vehicle maintenance and pay my bill since I would be picking up the vehicle after closing hours. My rental vehicle needed to be returned by 5:00 PM and my wife could not drop me off at the dealership until later that night. Nick stated that I would not be able to prepay but could pay over the phone once the service was complete. He then checked on the status and stated that the service would be completed today, and he would call when it was complete. I returned the rental vehicle and was in the process of walking home when I received a call from Nick. He apologized that he had made a mistake and that my vehicle would not be completed until the next morning. I stated that I wish I had known because I had just returned my rental vehicle, they were now closed, and I had to figure out a way to get to work the next morning. Nick apologized and said he would give me a call back. A few minutes later he called back and stated he had a vehicle ready at the dealership for me to use and asked if I could get back within the half-hour to pick it up. I stated that I was walking home and that my wife would not be able to pick me up and dropped off within that time frame. Nick stated he would call me back again. When he called, he had arranged a Lyft driver to pick me up and bring me back to the dealership. I bought my used Jeep Unlimited from a different dealership. It only 30,000 miles and the original owner purchased it from Bloomington Jeep. When determining where I would have my service completed, I checked reviews and Bloomington Jeep’s customer service ratings were significantly better than Fury Motors. So, I decided to have my service performed by Bloomington Jeep even though Fury Motors is only a mile from my home. Bring my Jeep to Bloomington Jeep for service has been the best decision. Nick, thank you for the excellent customer service. You could have diverted the blame off on the service technicians not completing the service on time or not informing you in a timely manner. You admitted to your mistake and went out of your way to correct the issue. This excellent customer service will keep coming back to Bloomington Jeep for my vehicle service. When it is time to purchase another Jeep Unlimited Wrangler it will be purchased from Bloomington Jeep. Thank you, Jeff

Could not purchase the Jeep as they failed to purchase
Could not purchase the Jeep as they failed to purchase the Jeep themselves. I lost out on others waiting for the Jeep

I purchase a vehicle on a chilly day and didn’t no the air conditioning wasn’t working the moment I found out I call to have it serviced which was like 2 weeks after purchase of 19,000.00 and they want fix it said that it’s not covered. And said it will be almost 2,000 dollars to fix it. Very disappointed, they are dishonest and unfair, feel like they scammed me. The 30 day warranty or the extended warranty didn’t cover this matter. 19,000 dollar veg. With no air how about that unless I pay 2,000 dollar. You do the math!
My experience with Cody was great.
My experience with Cody was great. Me and him are both young guys and got along very well, first got there and Cody was working with another guy. Cody came to me right after and handed the keys over and let me test drive right away. I came back knowing I wanted to buy the 1500 Silverado, then me and Cody got into the business part of things and the way he talked me through everything was great he’s a great sales man and 100% would recommend asking for this guy when stepping through the doors to Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram!! Thanks again Cody appreciate it!

Lam is very professional and knowledgeable. Was very patient and took his time answering all our questions. We will be buying 2 vehicles from lam in the next couple months and highly recommend anyone who is in the market to purchase a car come see Lam!
