If you enjoy waiting a month to have your vehicle returned damaged, dirty, and still broken, then Walser Bloomington is the place for you. After thirty days, they finally admitted they actually do not know how to fix the issue I brought it in for. I was left with an unfixed vehicle and a month of wasted time. To add insult to injury, they managed to scratch my car's interior and exterior, then attempted to hide a subpar paint job without my knowledge. Management's official position is a cowardly joke: they "won't admit fault" but offered to fix the damage for free. We all know you don't offer free bodywork for damage you didn't cause. Furthermore, their technicians had the audacity to unhook my professionally installed dashcam and leave it dangling. Since I cannot re-install it myself, I am now out the $200 installation fee thanks to their "service." Their technicians are incompetent, their management lacks a spine, and their business ethics are non-existent. Save yourself the headache and find a dealership that actually respects its customers and understands how to repair a vehicle.

*Bloomington Jeep* Amazing service from the moment you walk into the door. My purchase experience started online with some scouting of a newer Jeep that fit what I was looking for. First interaction, to the point of sale, and follow up out the door was amazing. Highly recommend this team from the front house staff to the service department. Cody (Salesman) is professional, courteous, and was accommodating. Above and beyond on customer service, communication, and going the extra mile for the customer. This young man deserves praise, career promotion, and hopefully stands out to his management. Ben (General Sales Manager) & the auto loan specialist were top notch with customer experience, timeliness from arrival to point of sale. Updated Service Needed for 12V battery after 68c recall. Service department is ran exceptionally well, keeps you well informed, has amazing wait area, and was professional/top notch thru the whole time waiting for battery replacement. Also huge shoutout to sales team when I arrived addressing the symptoms of the issue. Look forward to interactions/hopefully only preventive maintenance going forward.

Had a great experience leasing out our first car ever. Cody was really helpful throughout the process. He made sure we understood the whole process very easily. The finance guys were great too as they helped us by making sure we don’t miss out on any offers/deals. Would 100% recommend this place to everyone, especially first time buyers. Everyone is super friendly and helpful.

Had a great experience with Micah in sales and Jason in finance. Got the car we wanted and it worked great- for a week. Our Rear seat entertainment went out after 7 days and I was expected to pay for service before I even made a car payment! Ridiculous. I've never bought a vehicle that didn't have some sort of "warranty" for 30 days. Only reason I'm giving any stars is the help I got from the two gentlemen above, otherwise this place could kiss my a.
