I went for a recall on both my airbags, job took about

I went for a recall on both my airbags, job took about 4hrs. They called a Lyft for my transportation home and back to the dealership. I gave a 4 Star rating because the tech must of used a screwdriver instead of his hands to put the cover back on he left a deep scratch on the surface. Also, they forgot to clear the airbag warning light from the dash. Besides that great work as usual.

Deceptive, had extended warranty and told me I was not

Deceptive, had extended warranty and told me I was not covered, and repair was $1800! I called the warranty company and found out I was covered! I found out the service never called the warranty company because “he” knew I would be covered, told him he was doing a disservice to his customers. When he told me my truck was ready he mentioned I owed a $200 deductible, I called the warranty company again they said if I go to the issuing dealer no deductible, I let the service know and he said he would see if they would approve it, of course it was approved! When I go my no charge invoice it listed all the parts and labor charges, it came out to $1014.00 dollars, almost $800 less then what he quoted me. Tried to take advantage of a senior but saw right through his Lies

We originally bought our jeep at this dealership because

We originally bought our jeep at this dealership because of the customer service when we were in for our routine oil change tire rotation we found an issue with Payne bubbling on the corner of the hood, and even though we were told by our salesman when we bought the lifetime wraparound warranty that that would be covered, we were told by appears to be the service manager manager that no been expired last year your xxxx out of luck. Those are not the exact words, but that’s how we made us feel, he spent more time trying to figure out how to say it’s not their problem than to say let’s help you fix it. We will never buy another jeep from your company ever again. Respectfully submitted Scott Olson
